Came out for lunch with staff and clients .service was great we had 3 different bills to pay one was with company credit card the other was for a co worker who had sent me the money and the third was to pay for mine and the other staffs Ice cream..we paid one of our bill on the company credit card didn’t leave a tip because it’s a company credit card paid the second bill that was my co workers with my cash app card she sent me exact amount the third was for ice cream which was cash I also left the change for the waitress.we were stopped by a worker that wasn’t even our waitress asking us if the receipt with the company credit card was right after we said yes she then said oh because we don’t get paid hourly I asked to talk to the manger because thought it was rude for her to come up to us to make it known that there wasn’t a tip as if we didn’t know that.we understand they don't get hourly pay but it’s not under our control when it’s a company card.
There was only 4 employees. I had an awful awful and it was awful. I ordered coffee flavored but barely tasted it. I thought it was just mine but I tried my girlfriend's mint chocolate chip and we both agreed the flavor was almost non existent. Hopefully it's not all locations. Mondays bogo awful awful is no more.
I ordered the waffle sundae hoping to have a whole waffle with some ice cream on top, but instead I was given a huge bowl of ice cream with a tiny piece of waffle hidden underneath all the ice cream. The ice cream was good, but nothing special. I really was there to have a waffle with a little touch of ice cream on top. I just wanted more waffle gosh darn it. Very disappointed. I threw it out after I finished the tiny bit of waffle they gave me.
The girl at the window 'Valentina' was very kind and polite and made 2 delicious Awful Awful's for son and I after his baseball game. Highly recommended.
Unfortunately what Newport creamery is best known for is there awful awfuls ,I have been getting vanilla awful Awful's since I was a little girl and unfortunately the last three times I've come to Newport creamery craving a vanilla awful awful it didn't come close to what it originally tasted like I don't know if they change the recipe all I know is that it's not a true awful awful so guys and galss if you're looking for that awful awful flavor unfortunately you won't get it a newport creamery.
0 STARS!!!! WORST NEWPORT CREAMERY. We go inside, get stared at by about 3 staff with no words. Wait, finally someone comes over, seats us and says that the waitress will be right there. 20 minutes later and no one comes. We leave, as we’re leaving all of the waitresses were on the side of the building smoking cigarettes! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Won’t be back.

The food was subpar unfortunately by the time I get to us it was not hot it was more on the warm side really quite disappointed been to several Newport creamies over my 30 some years and to have this experience at this location was somewhat surprising I don't know if I would partake at this venue again hopefully they're all not like this now because I do enjoy a good burger but it was one of the worst I've had
Haven't eaten at a Newport Creamery in over 30 years I had the barbecue Super Burger and curly fries it was pretty damn good
All around really good place if you want food or ice cream. I got a milkshake with a burger and the meal was pretty good and not that expensive either. I 100% recommend the milkshake though. Very very good ?
