My daughter order egg rolls from here last night the meat inside was under cook disgusting, as soon as we saw what was inside we knew was under cook is pork for God’s sake cook your food correctly even if the customer have to wait a few more minutes my daughter vomit twice. Will never order from this place again. Be careful with the food from here.
I called to be an order and the one who took the order with an attitude instead of speaking well with the customer had attitude and yelling at you on the phone
A price you can’t beat though.I been ordering from these guys for years. Their food has always been hot and fresh because I pick it up in person. The orders take about 10-15 mins and it’s good for the price you pay for. Can’t complain when a plate is cheap.I will say, for what you pay for here has to be some pretty good portions compared to other places. The flavors are what you expect from any Chinese takeout. It’s not meant to be fine dining just cheap American Chinese food.Delivery drivers schedules are overloaded with orders. Esp. with the pandemic you don’t know when they can pick up your food while they are out delivering other multiple orders.
The food there is just ok years ago it was the place to go now the flavor isn't there anymore now the lomein is so dry I miss those days.
Food was cooked, delivered and arrived 18-20 minutes after I ordered. (which I didn't mind waiting the 45 minutes, as long as I knew they was cooking my food the way I ordered it.) The woman who delivered the order tried to burn me and give me a different price from what that person at the restaurant quoted. I had to call them back and tell them that the driver was charging more than the price he was telling me it was. When I opened the food, the chicken was soft. I ordered it to be crispy, it was soft and damp from the oil. I think Gold Pot on elmwood Ave is Much better. It's just that new hong kong delivers so I tried them. But it really wasn't worth it after the driver tried to rip me off and the order was rushed. The food doesn't have any taste really either. It was tasteless

Food taste old and if it was reheated and not freshly done also has no flavor whatsoever I DONT RECOMMEND I repeat DONT RECOMMEND
The worst restaurant ever the food ain’t fresh always reheated or refried in the same old oil the food does not have any flavor at all DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

The food is horrible if I had the option to choose zero I would’ve put just zero stars chicken look like it’s old the rice has no taste on it the delivery guy literally try to steal money from me thinking I was not gonna notice food is disgusting customer service is whack never again!
