Our family of 4 celebrated daughter’s birthday there, we did the hibachi dinner which was delicious. The chef was not as entertaining as previous experiences there but not too bad. Almost did not realize that 20% gratuity was already included on bill till we looked closer cause we thought we had been overcharged (not sure if this is always the case as recommended gratuity is also printed below) we always tip cook and waiter in person too. Overall ok night and kids enjoyed food and experience.
I went for my 30th birthday with 10 other people and sat at the hibachi grill. We waited 30 minutes after our reservation time to be sat ( no biggie). We waited another 45 minutes for the hibachi chef to even walk over. The hibachi chef named Kevin was SO UNDERWHELMING. When I come to hibachi, it is to be entertained to a certain degree…. After he finished he just pulled down his shirt pocket to expose a wad of money, as a way of asking for a tip. Terribly rude if you ask me….. we still tipped the man obviously but what a way to ask! One of my friends didn’t get hibachi and ordered off the menu and we had to go looking for it ! Terrible hibachi experience, if you’re looking for a good hibachi go somewhere else. Will not be returning.At least the food and drinks tasted good, which is why I give it 3 stars. But terrible customer service.
The food was really good but the service was not great. The bartender did not know how to properly mix drinks, the waiter seems to be in a rush and kept disappearing. The front desk receptionist was really great and accommodating but the rest of the staff needs some training with serving the public. Suggestion, when English is your second language, speaking faster and yelling does not help the other person ( the customer)to understand you better, it actually makes it worst and more frustrating .
Food was mediocre the service was not good at all.. we had went had dinner and placed an order for food to go and had left overs. They had brought us two bags and were closing down so we left with our two bags went home. When we got home we realized we never received our to go order when we opened these two big bags.. we live 45 mins away had called the following business day spoke to a "manager" he assured us it would be taken care of.. we were in the area visiting family a couple weeks later had called to recieve our order that was paid for and wasn't received and got every excuse and story you could think of.. very unprofessional.. will never go again and will not recommend this restaurant to friends or family. Even with the loss of money and food the food was not the best edible but definitely not worthy of 4.1 stars maybe 3... better options in the area for sure.
Made a reservation for 6:30. Didn’t get seated until 7:30. Didn’t see a waitress until 8pm. And not so much as an apology from a single staff member. Absolutely horrific experience.

Very rude chef needs to learn to either a hold his tounge or find a new job sloppy sloppy customer service having your chef tell a customer he was going to f*#k his mom Wow that was a head turner for the whole place cops came big ordeal because of a rude chef
We called ahead to reserve a seat. When we arrived we were told it would be a twenty minute wait for hibachi. We were directed to wait at the bar and they would come get us when the table is ready. They seated four other groups prior to us. We had to leave the bar after thirty minutes of waiting. The lady acted as if she didn't forget about us. Then it took us another forty minutes to get a chef. The food was decent. The prices are average. They neglected to recognize our birthdays while celebrating ? everyone around us. Our service from Edgar was great but otherwise I was completely disappointed by this evening. Horrible first impression!
On-line ordering easy & ready on time. Friendly hostess & wait staff. Food good & priced reasonably. Worth going if the area - goid variety of food options.
The food was good, fresh. Only three stars because of the service. Our server looked like she was overwhelmed and it showed in her attitude.
