As soon as I mention that I would like to report an “incident”, the manager hangs up. Is that how you do business? You will pay for the pain, suffering and humiliation you caused us! You are going down! I am reporting you to the local media channels and you are getting sued!
Beautiful decor. Great space. Bartender was professional and attentive. But that's where the good things end. I registered online for Afro Beat Fridays to get in free before 11pm or discounted before 11:30pm. When I arrived, I was told the cover was actually THIRTY DOLLARS because there was a special guest. After showing the hostess the promotion, she proceeded to tell me that it was a mistake and it should have been taken down. They would not honor it. She made no mention of the fact that they also would not be playing afrobeats so I paid the thirty dollars to end up hearing about 10 minutes of afro beats the entire night and hip hop for the remainder of it. I will not be returning and I would advise management to get more organized as well as train their staff to handle issues better with customers.

Paid for tickets that said dinner and a show and definitely didn't get dinner since the kitchen has been closed for 2 years. The drinks are ok but the venue is really nice
I was there for an event. The venue is beautiful. The Bar staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately , I misunderstood that my ticket purchase for the event was separate from admission into the club. With no guidance many of us proceeded to the outdoor space. Instead of politely advising myself and the other attendees, a very brash female security guard treated us very poorly to the point of actually even raising her voice at me as I was at the door discussing payment for admission to the second portion of the night. Her demeanor created a very hostile environment so I decided that it would be best to spend the rest of our evening at another venue. The same entertainment group will be performing there on my birthday weekend next month but my friends and I will not be celebrating my birthday there after that experience.
Had a great time. The bartenders were both beautiful and kind. Really appreciated the vibe.
I worked Security but was very nice place and good atmosphere and staff was professional.
