Sat at the drive through in the 2nd lane for 10 minutes at the ordering intercom. Watching as all the lane 1 cars were passing. Said hello multiple times, drove up to the payment window and was told to drive around, I explained I just waited and no one took my order, then she said we don't take orders at the window, I stated it's not my fault no one took my order. Then the woman sighed, and with an attitude said so what do you want. Thats when I decided to take my business elsewhere.
I ordered 2 large meals and received a medium drink. I told the lady at the window I ordered a large meal. She asked for my recipe. Then, she told me that only the French fries were large. In the history of ordering the same meal, never have I ever had this happen. Not to mention the condescending attitude I received from the worker.
Stopped with my service dog for a fast plain cheeseburger for her after she accompanied me to do some errands. Everyone smiled at her, service was super quick and kind and the plain burger arrived super fresh off the grill! She loved it!!
Ordered my food, the cashier that was supposed to charge me wasn’t even paying attention, so I drove up to the next window just for the other woman to hand me the wrong soda. Come to find out when I get home that she got my order wrong. SMH their customer service can not be any worse.
I used to work here, it’s definitely worse than what it used to be. I come here after work because I live in the area & EVERYTIME I come I encounter rude people, I’m always missing something. A few nights ago my pregnant sister and I ordered and we were missing fries and a mcchicken. We left it because we understand people can be extremely tired especially that late at night. Today we go we order and when we order the lady taking the order was very rude, then when we go to the window we’re told they don’t have 2 of the items we asked for.. so now we have to change our order and on top of that the guy forgot to take off the meal he said they didn’t have, so I ended up paying for something I didn’t get at all. Night crew really doesn’t want to do their jobs. Like I said I worked for this same McDonald’s, I know their nightly rules and how things work, I was a CLOSER MYSELF! If people hate their jobs they should literally quit. I used to close with the same consistent 3 people and we could bang out lines. There’s no need for me to be sitting in a line for 30-45 minutes, there’s no way someone can’t do their job on the grill lol I’ve seen it get done by 1 person. So literally have the night crew do better.
Very bad experience.Waited 20 minutes for my food in the spot I was told to wait. The delivery person apparently gave my food to some other customer. When i went in to ask about my food there was no apology or concern for my wait. They didn't even over to give me my meal free. I took my new order. Come to find out they messed that up too by giving me blueberry pie instead of apple pie like I ordered. I feel like this is a scam. To give your paid food to family and friends. And have you wait and not even care. Awful customer service.
This kind of food always satisfies my need for fast food. I love Mickey D's fries. My go-to is a Big Mac meal with a diet Coke. ?I don't need the extra calories. ?
It's so awful. When I go through I have to wonder if my order will be right. Orders are always wrong!!! Attitudes! They don't fill up their drinks. They don't fill up their fries. If you can't serve people what they order and hate the job stop wasting your time and others peoples time. Quit! Their staff members just don't understand the assignment. ?♀️
Waited 25 minutes in thru for nuggets happy meal. Unprofessional. Had to wait 5 minutes to make an order then pulled up to wait 15 minutes for the four. They just don’t care and were chatting and laughing. Didn’t think it was a McDonald’s uniform. First and last time there
Literally the worst McDonalds in the entire Northeast New England region. Want to sit in line for 30+ minutes? Want rude customer service? Want your order wrong every time? Come here. Oh, and the kicker? There is absolutely no way to get out of line in the drive thru. You're stuck there endlessly, and then when you finally get your "fast food" - it's not right, after dealing with rude and inconsiderate staff. 0/10 never come here. It's gaurenteed to be an absolutely awful experience everytime. I could sit down in a diner restaurant and get my food faster without such awful customer service. Close this location down, or at least modify the drive thru so people can pull out and go somewhere else when they realize how incompetent this establishment is.
