I tried the land air sea hack and must say it was Delicious! You have to waste 3 layers of bun to assemble your own. Also it was kinda amusing making the strange looking concoction It was Awesome!!
This McDonald's had some nice and respectful workers. Unfortunately since is the only 24h McDonald's in the area the place had a giant line just to make an order; after ordering it took 30 minutes to get my food.
Disgusting, undercooked Quarter Pounder. Was told my credit card was declined so they asked for another form of payment. I gave them cash. I checked my bank statement the next day and saw my credit card had gotten billed. Drove to collect a refund and was given a hard time despite having the receipt. Staff gives off the appearance that they hate their jobs. Absolutely no customer service skills. I’ll never go back.
They dont allow moblie order pick ups in store, instead make you wait outside in 10 degree weather, after paying on the app. Food is always inconsistent, and how is it so hard to include a straw in the bag with my drink?
You never know when they open, or when they will decide to close super-early.Drive-thru is the only thing that has normal hours.

McDonald's was odd as they required a mask but didn't offer masks to customers but turned the customer away instead. Then, a Man became irate that his order was wrong and started swearing and screaming while other customers were running away out the door. The staff handled it very well but I would say this area - while it seems to be a nice area - has a lot of homeless population especially odd for some place that has a whole foods plaza... So there was a sign in this McDonald's that states if you want a straw you need to ask for one and you won't be given a straw automatically.
HIRE MORE STAFF!!!! COMPLETELY UNFAIR TO THE EMPLOYEES WORKING HERE TO NOT HAVE ENOUGH STAFF FOR RUSH HOURS. You would think that they'd be familiar with the concept of a "rush" at this point, but no. One car leaving the drive through once every 10 minutes seems a bit off. Only come here if you're desperate and have 30 minutes to spare. I wish I was exaggerating.
Having alreadyWaited in the drive they line for 10 minutes, we decided to place our order on the app. We placed the order at 12:19 pm. It is already 1:07 am, and we haven’t even made it to the order speaker yet.At 1:10 we decided to cancel the order, there were at least 10 cars behind us
I don’t normally write reviews I haven’t had an issue with food or anything. My review is specified to a certain worker Trinity. She works the early bird shift but she’s absolutely awesome!! She’s always so nice and has a very amazing personality!! She needs a raise for all the stuff she deals with. All the crazy customers and what not. Thank you for always being so courteous and friendly
