My go to bakery for birthday cakes. Are they a little expensive? Sure, but the deliver a fresh delicious product that puts any big box store and the vast majority of their bakeries to shame? Yes!

Best breakfast sandwich ever, says my daughter! You'll have to wait in line, not much seating inside anymore but there are parks nearby. They have very well made pastries and yummy coffee flavors. Everyone is nice. Happy every time we go.
I have been going here off and on for years, it's been about 5 years and was I disappointed. The staff was rude, worse than rude downright mean. She had zero personality even though my wife and I tried to make her laugh. Did hand me back my credit card, I had to ask for it and than walked away without handing us our purchaseNo thank you, nothing. Last time, too many real bakeries around to deal with this bad service.
We recently attended a 60 year wedding anniversary celebration at which the cake was provided by LaSalle Bakery. This establishment has always had exceptional pastries, but this cake was incredible. Literally everyone there commented about how delicious and beautiful this cake was. If I were in need, I would not hesitate to order from here.
I have ordered my cakes through LaSalle for I don’t know how many years and I’ve never had so many issues ordering a cake like I have these past couple of months. Luckily I walked into the store and ordered my cake directly through the owner who made it happen !The cake came out great! I was ready to order another cake emailed Alice and got zero response sent another email I got zero response and had to go elsewhere to have a cake made.
Food is good. Parking is difficult. Customer flow can be difficult to discern at times. Customer service often leaves a bit to be desired. They aren't rude, they are just not friendly and are often distracted. The food winsin this case, though
LaSalle bakery deserves an excellent review for what they did today. I ordered a dozen of miniature zeppoles for my office and was expected to be picked up between 9 and 9:30am. However a meeting at 10am was changed at the last moment to 9:30. This meeting had a lot of moving parts and involved many different people and schedules. I called LaSalle at 8:15 to see if I could pick up my order earlier around 8:45. The gentleman I spoke to said the order was there, and I could come earlier. I immediately left my office to get them and be back in time for the meeting. I was there right at 8:45 and then to my horror, the order was not there and probably would not be for awhile. I have to say a wonderful woman kept me informed as they tried to figure out exactly what went wrong. As she could see my despair, she made a wonderful gesture by offering me 12 traditional zeppoles for the same price so I could make my meeting! She was an absolute life savior; I will never forget her generosity! By the way, the zeppoles were a complete success and everyone enjoyed them! Thank you so much!Robin Carlone
