We recently attended a 60 year wedding anniversary celebration at which the cake was provided by LaSalle Bakery. This establishment has always had exceptional pastries, but this cake was incredible. Literally everyone there commented about how delicious and beautiful this cake was. If I were in need, I would not hesitate to order from here.
I have ordered my cakes through LaSalle for I don’t know how many years and I’ve never had so many issues ordering a cake like I have these past couple of months. Luckily I walked into the store and ordered my cake directly through the owner who made it happen !The cake came out great! I was ready to order another cake emailed Alice and got zero response sent another email I got zero response and had to go elsewhere to have a cake made.
I placed a corporate catering order and prepaid the day before for an 8:00am pickup. I arrived on time waited in line and was told my order wasn't ready but to give them 5 minutes. I waited 15 and then asked for an update on my order. Then a staff woman came and started yelling at me telling me to join the line. I calmly explained I was told to wait because my catering order was not ready. She proceeded to tell me half my order is not ready and won't be for a while so I need to wait. I explained I have to go so I would take whatever was ready and cancel the rest.The woman began speaking to me with such a bad attitude, interrupting me and telling me she isn't going back and forth. I explained I needed the order I pre-paid for and need to go. Terrible customer service by the woman who claims to be the owner. It was pretty unbelievable. I won't be placing my catering orders for my employer from here again.
Good items. Pricy. Calzone, brownie, 2 pizza strips and 1 croissant $21.Brownie 3x3 maybe.Pizza 5x3.Tatsed good but that's a large pizza somewhere with drinks.
I live within walking distance to this bakery so we visit quite frequently. They have good fresh bread. I don't have a sweet tooth so the pastries do not interested me, though I do like the strawberry cheesecake and the baklava a lot. Their ice coffee is the worst- but again, that's just preference. Overall, reliability, convenient, and local.
Ordered my parents anniversary cake here. Few years ago. It was perfect and the staff helped guide me through colors and theme. Was excellent!
Everything in the case looked really good so we picked out a few items. I haven't tried everything we purchased but I can say that the brownie tasted like something out of a Little Debbie box at the supermarket which was very disappointing. The chocolate chip muffin was hard and dry, Dunkin muffins are much better.Will not be going back anytime soon.

The food is really good and the customer service is great!
We have been going to both LaSalle locations since I was a child. My grandpa used to go in daily to get doughnuts and bread. So when it came time to order a very special cake for my parents I knew this was the place. When we went to pick up the cake, I was in awe at the beauty of this cake, including decorations which were made up of a lot of flowers and ribbons which sparkled Christmas. It was exactly what I had discussed with the the young lady I ordered with.Thank you for this beautiful cake for my parents. It was perfeçtly designed and delicious.Lynne LaBianca
