We went on a Friday night and it was busy. We had about a 30 minute wait which was fine. Even before entering the establishment, you could smell the amazing aroma. There was flavor in the air, everywhere. We got a half and half base with beef, lamb, corn, sticky buns, rice and udon noodles. It was all delicious. We also hit up the condiments bar to add a little more to our hotpot. We will DEFINITELY be back. Service was really good and the servers were very attentive.
I went for the first time. The customer service is poor- they make you sit and never come back. A lot times we had to remind them of the order- kept missing the drinks.The broth was nothing special- no real help or suggestions by the server.Would not come back here.
This was an great dining experience... The wait staff was great and very helpful in explaining the process and making recommendations. The food was excellent as well. Would definitely go back.

I had never been to a hot pot style restaurant before and it was an awesome experience despite the fact I struggled with the chopsticks. Really enjoyed the spices and sauces you can add as well as the split pot with two different broths.
I’m a die hard lover of hotpot and before COVID we used to go here all the time. We loved the Mala broth. However, in the last two years decided to get Tom yum broth which isn’t spicy. We went to Lamei for the first time in 2 years and got the tomato broth and it was absolutely disgusting. We quickly realized it was ketchup(really sweet ketchup)mixed with water. We were so disappointed but tried to make it work by adding garlic, peppers, etc.but couldn’t get the distinct smell/taste of ketchup out of the food. It was so bad I stopped eating and tried to convince my friend I would just pay and we can go somewhere else. We left most of our food in the broth. It’s 3 hours later and I still feel nauseous like I’m going to vomit and probably will never have ketchup again.
La Mei is literally our to go place for hot pot. Their broth is excellent!!! We go here at least twice to four times a month. They have updated their prices recently but we will be a regular regardless! This place always has parking and food never misses!
Inattentive staff, mediocre food and broth. Shame they include gratuity on the bill because they didn't earn it. Went there for my birthday. Will never go again
First time coming here, me and my friends were craving for authentic Chinese flavor.Everything we ordered were very fresh and delicious, the staffs are very friendly.We will definitely come back again!
Both food and service were excellent! I am vegetarian so finding fun food options can be challenging. Not here! Plenty of options. A friend got the beef which he was also very pleased with.
