Came here to pick up food. There is no take out menu so I just ordered a chicken mofongo from their in house menu for $20. I was then charged $26+tax. When inquired I was told they increased prices. The food is (7 out of 10) good but for the portion and price I definitely would not come back. To raise the price $6 and not inform the customer beforehand for a dish made with thin strips of chicken and plantain is pretty outrageous. I'd like to support small businesses but it's hard to when you can't comfortably pay for their new food prices.

I stop coming to this place because they keep charging different price everytime I used to go. This is the reason you loose costumers which the onwer doesnt care. Be Aware people!!!!!!

Ordered a mofongo and specified “no pork”. Got my mofongo with pork. Complained because I get stomach aches from eating pork. Got my second mofongo and still had pork in it. I was soooo hungry I tried taking the pork out and now my stomach hurts. I rather buy it from La Roca up the street where they listen. Never going back.
The shrimp Mofongo was really good. However, its overpriced . I ordered two of them and the price I was given over the phone (($26) did not match the price deducted from my account. They deducted $60 for two Mofongo, I called and was told that was due to tax fee (?). I am sorry, It is good but its not that serious.
