Didn’t have vegan milkshakes or vegan cheese as advertised.
All I’ll say is only use cash here.
Tasty burger, good service. Good for a quick bite
Terrible service. Nobody moves faster than a turtles pace. 20 minutes for a burger. Took 10 before someone even acknowledged the order and put the burger on. And I had to ask to order.
Absolutely terrible. Out of veggies burgers, out of impossible burgers. No vegan shakes but there's a huge sign advertising them. Ended up ordering fries and onion rings. Waited ten minutes before they even dropped the onion rings. Horrible experience.
This is my go to spot to get good burgers chili cheese fries and also the new jalapeño chili cheese fries I am loving it you got to come to Johnny Rockets in Providence Place mall. Look

Horrible service the staff was absolutely rude and miserable and the food took over 40 minutes with not much of a wait....won’t be returning EVER!
30 minutes to get an order of fries, an order of tots, and 2 sodas. Nothing more to say. Long wait for mediocre fast food that is nothing close to fast.
