The food is good but the workers were rude and showed no effort to please the customer. Better service is required.
First time at this locale...the customer service was dynamic; that would make go back. My sandwich, though, did not have the same 'zing' as the Attleboro location does. I am a slightly consistent Jersey Mike's patron, so I know those sandwiches. I will give it another chance and see if it really is different food wise.
I went to jersey mikes in providence on branch avenue and the food was delicious and the customer service was amazing. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I completely recommend this location.
I have to say that I have been here 5 times and every time I've got exactly what I wanted. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The quality of the ingredients is top notch. I enjoy the rewards program. I would definitely recommend this place for a great sandwich..I also like the fact that they slice the meat right in front of you. Everything is extremely fresh
Love, love, love everything I have ordered from them! Their regular size grinder is so full of meat & cheese I always end up saving half for the next day!! Anything & everything you order from Jersey Mike's is amazing!

I’ve always this preferred this Jersey Mike’s since the day they opened. Service and sandwiches just seem better at this one. I ordered off my door dash app and unfortunately the order went to another branch. The manager tried to get me a refund at the other store, they refused, so he went ahead and refunded me my order total. Again great customer service and another reason I go here. Love those turkey sandwiches. Great job.
First time eating at Jersey Mike's, and the sub was great. I don't know what they do different, but it was really good, and blows Subway away (sorry Subway). Employees were very friendly, as well. Seriously, give their subs a try. I don't know if they vary, from location to location, but this review is for the 66 Branch Avenue, Providence, location.
The only place in town that has tuna I can stomach. Employees are fairly personable. Prices however are a bit high.
1st time using. A++. We do not have any that deliver in Wellesley, MA. Ordered from the office and had them deliver to the Marriott before I got there. Perfect football food before heading to Twin Rivers for some gambling. 1/2 before and 1/2 after (the Giant) It did not stand a chance. Napkins next time would be good.
