Iâve worked in a a restaurant as a server and bartender for the last 11 years. This has to be by far the worst service Iâve ever experienced in any establishment ever. The food was delicious but the poor service and attitude and just general lack of care ruined the experience of my daughters 8th birthday. I never complain and I feel terrible even having to do this but I probably will not return. To the man who ignored our party, rushed us then made comments as if we were stupid and and at one point said we were ordering to much food. Brought entrees to table full or dirty plates, walked away while we were still trying to order appetizers I had to get up and interrupt him so I could order drinks and finish my order of appetizers before he had rudely walked off mid sentence. He did this more then once to my disturbance. I was hoping this would be a new go to spot for me since I work right across the river and live down the road but I was exceptionally disappointed.
Ate outside for my son's 19th b-day. BEAUTIFUL setting - food was outstanding.
Went on a waterfire night so it was really busy but couldnât say enough about the wait staff our waitress was managing multiple large parties without skipping a beat! Always a good time @ Jackyâs!
We had a wonderful time at Jacky's. The location was excellent and provided an amazing view of Waterfire. The service and food were outstanding! Highly recommend.

The food and drinks were decent. The service was the worst Iâve had in a very long time. Our server barely acknowledged us, and we were there for over forty five minutes before he took our order (and still, only after I flagged him down). This felt particularly frustrating because we were there with kids, and because the table next to us sat down after us and were enjoying their main course before we were even offered a chance to order drinks.
We asked to be seated outdoors where the Providence skyline was the backdrop. Our server Lola was great! She checked on us regularly and we had some fun conversations. Food and drinks were all good. Walnut shrimp is a must have!
Lucked into a reservation as it was Waterfire full lighting. Accommodated us even though we were a little late. Our waitress Kalya was the BEST! Gave us tips on the menu and the area. The food as always was amazing
A wonderful restaurant in a great location on the River and seconds from Waterfire! The restaurant was extremely accommodating to my party of 8 - gave us a wonderful space with a great view! The food was delicious and the service so friendly! Wonderful experience - we will return!
