Order never arrived, delivery driver never contacted us, we had no way of knowing where our order was until i called after an hour and they claimed it was delivered. They did refund us but I think they kept the tip.

Me and my boyfriend ordered the 12 pack and out of the 6 cookies I chose, the sugar cookie was the ONLY one that wasn’t good to me. The Oatmeal Raisin cookie ? was so soft and Goooood ! Worth the drive from New Bedford ?‍??

Never disappoints. I just wish they had some seating on Thayer

If your buying not flying… mediocre, if your flying and having your friend buy… a NIGHTMARE, unless you live a block away and don’t have to drive or park on Thayer street, and customer service could most certainly better, good cookies just not worth the headache or price tag $$$

Delivery was over an hour late. When they finally did arrive the driver ignored the note on the order to call us and instead left the cookies in the hot street where they were instantly covered in ants. Disappointing on every level.

The ice cream and cookies were definitely worth the wait !

The workers I've interacted with so far are very polite, and the cookies are always delicious!

Good cookies, good ice cream, service pressured me a little into making a decision but cookies and ice cream nonetheless

Cookies at this place are pretty standard - nothing to write home about. Customer service at the store is good, but it still did not make up for the horrendous delivery service. The worst thing about Insomnia Cookies is their dependence on Uber Eats. Please either outsource to another provider, or hire your own delivery service, so you can better vet the drivers.I work at a college campus and had a large order being delivered. The driver was unable to find us and when I found him,, three blocks down the opposite direction, he wanted me to cross a busy street, on a cold winter day, grab 5 lbs. of cookies from him, and lug them three blocks back to campus - a feat, easily done via car. I literally stood on the opposite side of the road politely asking him to please follow me down the street. He did not want to drive down the three blocks, as this was "not the address he was given." Then proceeded to yell at me, berate me and call me names, because I was "wasting his time and he did not get paid enough for this." Utterly unacceptable and rude! I was polite and understanding when I got on the phone to locate him but at the end, I must say I was just as rude - his behavior was totally uncalled for. I too had a job to do and he delayed the get-together I had coordinated because of his little tantrum. The store was attentive to my distress and apologetic, which I appreciated it. it was not their fault, after all. But by the time they were able to send another driver, who found the place just fine, this time, it was now nearly 2 hours later and the whole experience quite literally made the cookies taste foul.Never again.

Their cookies are so freaking delicious and they have an awesome menu selection too. I recommend trying them out if you haven't yet.
