Our greeter had the most genuine & wonderful smile & attitude, I felt happy just sitting at my table. Service was prompt, waiter was great, attentive but not intrusive. Food was exactly as ordered and delicious. Even sitting right behind a table with a screaming infant and a toddler who kicked the back of my booth the entire time, I still left with a smile.
This is the nastiest IHOP I've been here 3 times with my wife and there's always a problem with the workers they are very rude and slow. Tonight the 1st both had butter all over the seats we moved to the 2nd table and it had mashed potatoes on the seats the 3rd table out silverware was dirty asked for new ones those was just as dirty like they didn't wash em they just rinsed them off with we finally asked for plastic ones but by the time Victoria "the server" got them our food was cold we took a few bites paid for the meals left an will NEVER GO BACK TO THE ONE IN PROV AGAIN. I knew I should have just gone to Denny's real talk. Thanks Victoria for showing us to never go back again she has to be one of the worst servers there. She told me the spoon ? is clean smh my daughter washes dishes better and she's only 11
This is the worst establishment ever. A month ago I came to eat here with a friend. They have over 20 tables and only 4 were being used (I say that to emphasize how not busy they were) end it took them 15 minutes to get me seated. The waiter was amazing though.Now today I’ve been calling them for over half an hour and there’s no answer at all.
This visit was made with 2 other individuals, and I only ordered Cranberry Juice. The juice, after one sip, sit on the table. The other 2 persons did not seem overly enthusiastic with their food. I will just have to give it another chance, before I fully comment.
Very pricey, 56 dollars for the food you see in the picture. Waiter was great, though. Very nice and respectful. I went there at 430am after work, so it's a smaller menu than during the day, so it's not alot to pick from but food still came out good

Waited to be seated 2as over 45 min. With no host acknowledging us if we needed help. Staff ignored us and other guest waiting. We had to bribe some one to seat us. Only 3 serves very unstaffed. Food was awful. No juice not much supplies. Won't ever go there again.
We waited almost an hour to be seated. To even talk to a staff we ended up just seating ourselves. This just comes down to staffing. Seems like no one wants to work. Staff just standing around sitting on there phones and it’s 3am and the restaurant is not packed. They claim there is one staff on but it’s seems like there’s one staff member running the entire place. Absolutely rediculous.
It was around 4am on new years day and I understand not everyone wants to work but it took almost 30 minutes to be seated and then almost like 10-15 minutes to have someone take our order then about 30-45 minutes to get our food
