Always friendly and engaging. Morning crew is hard working even if they're short staffed.
The staff here is great, the store is very busy and they work their butts off to keep up with demands.

There was a woman there with shirt dyed red hair who was one of the most rude and unhappy people I have EVER had to deal with. She got insulting to me because I asked how much the bagels were at the drive-thru order intercom... and then when I got to the window to pay for and take my food she became EXTREMELY and very unnecessarily hostile and began to insult me and run her mouth trying to intimidate Mr and this was all just because I asked for the price of a bagel with cream cheese. Some of us do like to know how much something costs before we buy it... very rude, unpleasant and ugly individual
I like stopping here before head back to Mass. I've never gotten a bad cup of coffee here
