People very friendly name was Jed. Started out with a couple Tequila Sangria was absolutely disgusting. Ordered a standard margarita was so sour was gross. How do you have a bartender who can't make drinks. Ordered some pizzas only 65 percent was covered in cheese and sauce. Was hardly any sauce on the pizza. The best part of this whole ordeal was the dough of the pizza was thin and tasty but needs better sauce and cheese. The help was very friendly. They need some dramatic improvements. Also place was filthy piles of dust on vents and fans also windows filthy can't recommend.
Let me just start out by saying, for one, this place is truly addictive and delicious! Secondly, my husband and I have our "go-to" regular pizzas we always order. I get the GLUTEN FREE pepperoni and mushroom Flatbread, and my husband gets the Chicken Bacon Ranch (with gluten?) I am so glad this place exists. The brownie sundae dessert is amazing too! And its offered in gluten free as well! ?Staff is always do kind. Shout -out to John who is AMAZING. We always request him!! The staff is very mindful of allergies and always attentive. This is literally OUR MOST FAVORITE PIZZA PLACE EVER!!!! We have also been to the Portland Maine location as well!! WE LOVE FLATBREAD COMPANY!!!!!! Drinks and desserts are spot on too!!

Original review was one star due to how chewy the pizza used to be years ago. Flatbread reached out and I tried again.Not sure if the recipes were changed but so far, this was the best pizza we've had in RI. The salad and chicken was also the best we've had. No exaggeration, all the food literally melted in your mouth, I literally didn't even have to chew the chicken!Both the pizza and salad were seasoned extremely well, tasted fresh, there was no overburdening flavor and felt like a professional chef made them. Everything was light and worked together. Staff were also super duper nice!I'm not sure if this was a one off from my previous experience, will update as needed.
You can never go wrong at this place. The food is outstanding, the staff are great. They have the best brownie sundae that I have ever had at this place. I love that they support local farms and breweries.
Very delicious food but wouldn’t dine in again. They would not split our check into two separate checks, didn’t check on us after the food was served, and neglected to tell us that sodas weren’t free refills. There were only two other full tables in the entire place. These are very basic customer service requests, and when there are multiple restaurants in the area to choose from it’s tough to dine at a place like that. However we would definitely pick up a to go order next time, the food was excellent.

We ordered takeout pizza, and it was really good. The maps leading to the restaurant were misleading, causing us to circle the area for 45 minutes (through no fault of the restaurant). When we eventually got to the restaurant, the pizza was taken out of a heated cabinet, is it was still hot. That feature was greatly appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very good experience here.
The pizzas are solid, and the specials have been great. Good beer and wine selection. Most times enough seating, but it can get busy. Very popular meeting place for parents and student groups.
Hand tossed dough, fresh ingredients, wood fired ovens, awesome staff, and reasonable prices combined with an uber flexible menu is what you get at Flatbread. Located just off Thayer Street in Providence this family friendly makes the tastiest pizza at a price that won't break the bank. Oh, and the Maine Root beer is is pure ambrosia.
