We needed a “one stop shopping” caterer that included both traditional and vegan options, and their menu was the perfect blend!!Everything was great - the food was delicious, delivery was prompt, and the person who delivered the food even garnished everything for us upon arrival.We will definitely use Easy Entertaining again for future parties!
We literally cannot say enough good things about Easy Entertaining. We had a destination wedding this summer and planned a fun cocktail party at the Botanical Gardens to celebrate locally with friends and family. From the initial emails to our tasting to the event, everything was fabulous. Kaitlin and her team were so easy to work with. They are creative and helped create the exact event we were hoping for. They helped tie in some flavors from our Jamaican wedding in the menu. The food is phenomenal - our event was in August and we’re still talking about how good the food was and we still have guests talk to us about it. The servers were outstanding, extremely attentive and remembered guests with particular allergies and returned with offerings they could eat. And they always made sure my husband and I were eating and drinking! Since we didn’t have a wedding coordinator, Kaitlin and Mike helped us with everything from tables and chairs, linens, to decor and setup. And their onsite manager was fantastic on the event day. Again we can’t recommend them enough and can’t wait to find another reason to work with them again soon!
Easy Entertaining catered my wedding in Bristol, RI and I can't recommend them enough. There staff were professional and went above and beyond for me on the day – always asking if they could help or assist me. We had rave reviews from our guests on the menu. My only regret was that I didn't get to eat more of the food!
Kaitlyn, Mike, Frank, and the whole team at Easy Entertaining will exceed your expectations! This is the team you want catering your big day. All of our guests absolutely loved the food. From the cocktail hour to the dinner, everyone complimented the food during the reception and have been ever since. We went for the family-style option and everyone loved how it fostered conversation during dinner. It really was like one big family dinner amongst friends and family. I will also point out that we got married on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, which is a hectic time of year. Kaitlyn and Mike were super responsive during that busy time. I truly never worried how everything would turn out with the food and setup because of them. The Easy Entertaining team is super professional, warm, and attentive. Our guests loved the food and how nice the staff was. In addition to the actual wedding reception being perfect, our tasting was memorable and delicious too. We only have good things to say about the Easy Entertaining team. In fact, we will definitely get food from them when they have holiday specials because the food is so good and such a phenomenal small business deserves to be supported. We love Easy Entertaining! :)
We hired EE for a small event hosted at Machines with Magnets. The EE team was easy and communicative throughout the entire process. The day of, the team worked to set up a beautiful grazing table. The mix of fingers foods and desserts were perfect for our event and delicious! Thank you for making our event perfect.
