Slow service... Forgot something in my order and I had to wait double the time I should've. Then tried to charge me twice for the thing they forgot to give me.

Kathy and her team are the best, sadly she is leaving she will be missed by so many She knows her stuff Her Customers She's the absolute best They don't Make them like her anymore.

I went this afternoon to dunking donuts to get a box of coffee for me and my friend to enjoy. But the lady working there name nevaeh was rude not wanting to do it. She refuse telling “me that she wasn’t able to do it because her manager wasn’t there” I also ask for a coffee but she made it sweeter then I ask. There was not even customer behind me. Only one guy that enter when I left. They need more kind and hardworking people, that respects others.I had to go to another dunking donuts, 14 pleasant valley pky, where they were really fast, working as a team. Treating me as how I should be treating.
The manager here is very nice!! She talks to the employees and of course the customers with the up most respect. The workers work as a team and my coffee and sandwhich was good
