Food gets stolen every time I order online
They got rid of donuts because there are literally never donuts... What an overpriced joke of an establishment... The kid stood there looking embarrassed to be guarding one single everything bagel ... It was 11:15am... There was nothing else he could offer ...
This dunkin never has donuts..they don't know how to make a coffee ask for 1 cream and its light. Horrible service very dirty. Dunkin donuts is not the same the people working are rude

I dont understand why there is only one server on duty on a sunday afternoon. There were 6 customwrs and she can only do one at a time. She was very nice but there shoild be at least two people on.
My wife and I live three blocks away from this Dunkin' Donuts, and have, without exaggeration, given them thousands of dollars of business over many years. Today I purchased a coffee for her which, when she tasted it, she realized they had made incorrectly (swirl instead of shot). She returned so they could do it right, and they gave her an attitude, suggesting that we hadn't purchased it there. We won't be back. The few minutes extra to go to the one a bit farther west on Smith Street is worth it.
