Absolutely terrible . Rude & they gave me old food that was sitting in the warmers at noon time . Most disgusting sweet black pepper sandwich I’ve ever had in my life !
I've been coming to this place for over 10 years, but the new staff is just driving people away, this place used to be good but I don't understand why the staff has to ALWAYS argue with the customers even when the customer is right, getting into shouting matches while the "Manager" just sits there with no desire to find out what's going on nor why is the staff screaming at the customers, awful customer service, going elsewhere for coffee and breakfast, never again.

I refuse to go to this Dunkin Donuts. When I first moved to the area I went in to simply order a coffee and one of the women at the register was literally screaming and complaining about DoorDash and it took a while for myself and the other customers inside to be served. The staff there in general are extremely unprofessional - I have heard them argue with customers and with each other. They consistently mess up simple orders. What's the most appalling is that management does absolutely nothing to intervene.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Very very awful customer service. They really should change the whole staff or gives lessons to them on how they treat the costumers.
I love them here. One time one of the girls took some change out of their tip jar to cover my iced coffee because I was short. And they always fix any mistake they make. Always a nice little journey through thr drive thru.
The drive Thru machine wasn’t working properly or she just didn’t hear the 3 times I repeated my order but when I got to the window she gave me the wrong order. I politely asked if she can fix it and she started mumbling that she was heard otherwise. Pretty much the worst dunkin in RI

I always come to this dunkin around 3:30 4:00 pm and there always closed the sign says closed due to one employee you can see two employees this is the fourth time this week this is ridiculous I will never be coming to this dunkin donuts again
