Extremely poor customer service! Went in to grab breakfast and was told by a rude employee that they don't have any hot food, that everything is frozen. She was rude and not apologetic for not having what I wanted at all and acted like if I was disturbing her! Seriously?!?!?! There was even another employee in the back talking very loudly on the phone using profound language! Extremely unprofessional and I highly do not recommend this place at all!!!!! You'll get much better service at a lemonade stand!!!
Good place, kind employees, and close to Kennedy plaza so that's nice too :))
Place is nice and the service is good. I would like if they had a larger selection of bagel snacks (like in some other locations).

Worst worst dunking in Providence ri from the workers to the way they run the store waited 30 for 2 dunuts they where worrying about the online order than the costumers. Kids been sitting there for more than 30 min waiting for they food that was order workers pick and choose who they wanna so first!! They attitude tho not coming from staff yeah GETTO!!! Very slow service especially if your ordering food. I was almost late for work because the girl wasn't paying attention to the food screen and didnt make my food until I brought it to her attention and I asked for bacon on my avocado toast and I was looking forward to it I got to work and nothing! No bacon! So sad. But they aren't rude just need to consider that people coming in at quater to 7am are on their way to work and a sense on urgency should be out into consideration and also part to ing attention to detail.
