After giving multiple attempts for this dunkin to get my drink right (large iced vanilla spice with 8 scoops of powder, whole milk, and light ice), I will never return. Service was not great and seemed as if we were a bother for being costumers there and when THEY got my drink wrong and I nicely asking to add more scoops they were hesitant to fix their mistake. Recent dunkins I've been to have had no issues with making my correct drink and I will continue to go to that one instead.
I don’t recommend this dunkin all the staff in the drive thru are very rude. Unless you wanted to be talked to with attitude the this is the place for you. Not only are they disrespectful they still get your order wrong.
This dunkin used to be my favorite…But since I got new people they always get my coffee wrong and it’s always nasty… If I could give zero stars I would
They touch everything and don’t wash hands or use gloves when fixing coffee... I left .. Gross
I do not recommend Dunkin donuts for health reasons, but what I can say is that every now and then it's good to go there for a snack.
I just went there just now I asked the girl through the drive-thru for a medium mint hot chocolate with whipped cream she pauses for a second and then she's like okay and I asked her for the Halloween donuts and she told me that they didn't have any and they only had one specific donut so I said okay I will get two of those and I proceeded to the window she hands me a regular hot chocolate with no whip cream and says that they have other selected donuts and told me what the donuts were so I got one of each different one and my hot chocolate isn't labeled and it was filled halfway I will not be back to this Dunkin Donuts it was my first time here and my last not to mention the woman at the window looks high as a kite on October 15th at 6:45 p.m.
Wife and I stopped in around 630 pm 8-15-21 super service staff was very pleasant and nice the two young ladies was very nice polite they even said thank you for your service and God bless you and have a blessed night that's great after a place to do that I will recommend this place and I will be back 100%. I had a large iced coffee with almond milk and one Splenda and I had a grilled cheese sandwich wife had same wife had same wife had a peach Passion fruit refresher
The staff need to b more trainer by the manager I went there today my son have inside in his cheese wrap a paper inside his food unprofessional plus I ask for a coffee roll they give me a glazed donuts thank God a check my order
