Convenient. But sometime they pizza is thrown together. Still taste good but it's a mess. And my house hold has gotten food poisoning 2x here. When I called (just to inform) the guy was like nah there's no way we check our stuff everyday... once I explain my house and my downstairs neighbors ordered and they were sick too he just hung up.
I only gave them a one star because I have to I would give them zero Stars -20 if I could they have the worst manager and customer service of any establishment I've ever been to the only reason that food is edible is because they follow the mandatory recipes that were handed to them with the franchise please spare yourself don't eat there.
I'm sorry but I don't know when it became ok to start making food without gloves and it wasn't 1 employee it was all employees not wearing gloves while working with the food and one walked off to the freezer and came right back to making pizzas without washing or even sanitizing his hands ? yah won't be going back
Pizza was cold and like cardboard. Called, explained to one guy, put on hold for manager, 22 minutes on hold and counting. Tried calling from another phone and consistent busy signal.
They are scamming people selling 8inch small size pizza putting them on a box that says medium and selling it like medium when dominos clearly has 12 inch medium pizzas
I love this Domino's store. Great service, staff are very friendly and polite, always with a smile, everything was very organized and clean. I usually order online to pick up and my food is always on time. Besides the great customer service what I love the most about this place is the variety of food in their menu, I can eat a pasta (great pasta), a sandwich, a delicious salad, chicken, dessert and of course their delicious Pizza. Definitely a Five Start Restaurant for me. Thank you to all the staff for their amazing work!.
Hands down to the best dominos on RI.I hated dominos pizza until I ordered from this one, these people know how to make the best pizza. Thank you guys, keep the good work.
I ordered the $19.99 2 medium pizza garlic bites cinnamon twist and a 2 lite soda at the location on Chalkstone Ave and when my pizza arrived it was cold so I called and complained the manager on call was very rude So today I called corporate and put a complaining how rude people are on Chalkstone Ave he tells me i call all the Time and complain this is my second time I put it in because both times my pizzas were cold I’m so sorry Tommy Pizza closed because they would have my business
This particular dominos is awful. Tonight, my husband went in to pick up our food, somebody cut in front of him, you would think a staff would say oh this person was here before you were? No, of course not. then proceeded to tell him he couldn’t pay with a $50, they ended up taking it but gave him almost $30 in 1s. So absolutely rude. Will not be back to this location.
Decided to go here because my friend is the manager, everything was very organized and clean. Pizza was up to its standards, absolutely no complaints.
