My bridal shower was this past Saturday 6/18/22 and I cannot say enough amazing things about CAV. From the stunning venue decor, delicious food and 5-star service we had the most incredible time! CAV's event coordinator Elizabeth was wonderful to work with and was quick to respond and accommodate our every need along the way. Jason, the private event server, is the absolute BEST! He even put together my ribbon bouquet! It was a perfect day and I cant recommend CAV enough whether its a private event or just a nice date night dinner (my fiancé and I actually had our first date here!)!
This is my go to place for lunch (try The Bag) and now the outdoor plaza makes it even more pleasant. Good food and excellent attentive service. What’s not to like?
Nice restaurant in a different part of town, but not far from downtown Providence. Calamari was excellent, different from usual since it’s pan fried. Drinks were really good, especially the French martini with chambord and the lychee martini. Food was also excellent, with very generous servings. After a delicious dinner make sure to save room for dessert, the chocolate mousse cake and the warm chocolate chip cookie were delectable!
Went there for a nice dinner with family. Boy was this place busy. The atmosphere was pretty interesting. Imagine African art, meets Turkey with Egyptian design elements and a little bit o France. Staff was super friendly. The waiter we had was funny spent time with you at your table and didn’t rush you. He also made some amazing food recommendations. The door we had was flavorful, tasty and the portions were perfect. You didn’t go hungry, but also didn’t leave food behind. Definitely going back when it’s warmer out.
Meh. Here's the deal, the place is super cool and eclectic. The decor is like eating in an antique store. Well done. The staff was kind and helpful. The food LOOKS beautiful but every plate at the table has something off about it. Mussels, half were open/cooked. Truffle ravioli, the veggies were under-done. Salads, radicchio was just weird. Chicken, was slightly pink in middle. Scallops were under cooked and shrimp was way over done into hockey pucks. So, looks pretty, has potential, but I encourage them to practice a little more ?
My bridal shower was seriously a fairy tale. The peace and serenity you feel when you enter this event space is breath taking and is something I’ll never forget. This was probably one of the most magical days of my life. From the decor, the food, and our waiter jason, this experience was nothing less than perfection. The space is unique, and so beautiful. Jason went above and beyond for my family and friends and made us truly feel at home. He is insanely creative and talented and worked so hard to give us the best experience possible. The space was already decorated and set up which definitely took the stress off of my maid of honor & I. The decor included antiques from different places in the world, and felt so authentic. I was seriously amazed and felt so peaceful. The space is filled with positive vibes. I would HIGHLY recommend the Cav. If you’re considering this place for your special event, seriously don’t look any further. If I could relive this day 10 more times I would. Thank you again to the amazing staff for making my day PERFECT. We will be back! 10/10! Thank you thank you thank you. And thank you Jason for this incredible experience <3

Went for Brunch, loved the atmosphere just beautiful. Friendly staff, excellent choices delicious too. Had the Poched eggs with FRESH spinach and homemade salsa!
This gem was amazing. The menu was small but the flavors were gigantic!!! They have a great selection of drinks and the staff was prompt and friendly. One of our new favorite places!
I’ve gone here over a dozen times. Very consistent. Always seems to have enough staff here. I like it but almost feel like there aren’t enough options? The items on the menu are pretty much just the same 3 dishes but slightly different BUT they are all good and the food comes out quickly so maybe that’s how they do it. I like that you can order lobster bisque with or without chunks in it because I don’t like it with chunks of meat inside but everyone else does. Lol
