Was here last week and our food took forever. Once we were sat, the waiter came to our table maybe 2 times max the entire hour and a half we were there. The food was ok, not a lot of flavor, but the service was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. Incrediblely disappointed. Will not be coming back.

Very long wait for food on a Sunday when the restaurant is extremely empty. A chicken sandwich and a salad took over 30 minutes. Another table got their food and finished before we had anything. Never mind a loud bar crowd. I think the food is good, if you ever get it. But a salad with grilled chicken shouldn’t be serve with HOT chicken.
Walked in for food and drinks at 9pm, a server came to tell us that “her boss said they’re not taking anymore people because they’re short staffed”…. But when asked about the waitlist, she said her manager said they aren’t taking anymore people for the rest of the night…. 15 mins later as we’re waiting for the Uber, two guys walk in and get seated lol
Awesome staff and service- was here for a bachelor party on Saturday afternoon during march madness. Waitress was super nice and accommodating to our party. Wings are fantastic as well! Love Brass Monkey!

Amazing staff and service! God bless Gretchen for her patience as some in our party could be a handful at times.
Food was fair. Service was good. It was busy, but still good. Need a better menu and fresher food.
