I was not let in to this bar after an hour, while many people in line after me were let in. I politely asked the bouncer why this was occurring and he could not give me a legitimate answer. Very bad service by the bouncer and not pleased at all with this service. Many of my friends were in there and this whole debacle was a mystery. Then eventually when still waiting they shut down the line at 1 am. Very bad experience and would not recommend this bar whatsoever.
If 10 stars was a thing I would give it to them! Stumbled upon this gem before a concert at The Dunk I’m so glad we couldn’t get a table at Trinity or Res! The service was with a smile, the food was outstanding and prices more then reasonable, the atmosphere was so fun and chill we loved it and will be back ?
It gets very busy late at nightI didn’t like this place for years because the staff was eh. I recently had Melissa as my bartender and I’ve changed my mind. She was amazing at understanding everything even though it was incredibly busy she was efficient and quick.
1st time here and had a great time. The staff was friendly and the drinks were good. The music and the vibes of this place were great.
This place isn’t it. Went there hoping to be the last stop of the night, got to the front of the bar and proceeded to watch the bartender serve two groups she seemed to know who came after me and a guy beside me waiting about 10 minutes and then go on to serve people sitting at the bar with drinks in front of them. Vibe was weird, music was off, and the security is a little aggressive at the door. Finished our drinks quick and left. All in all bad experience. Used to love coming here before the pandemic but this isn’t the spot anymore. Don’t come here if you’re not a regular, I’m never going back.
Place is really affordable, the taste was really great. We drove from Boston to Providence and really wrapped the night at Black sheep. Most recommended
Went for Drag Queen bingo. Food was good and friendly service. For me it was great to have Vegan options.
Friendly service. 5 dollar burger special was good. Poutine fries underwhelming...gravy was lumpy and served cold
I would not recommend this bar to anybody especially on a night where multiple people attend. They don’t know know to control anyone. There were two bouncers that were watching someone pull on a girls hair and threw her to the ground and they didn’t do anything because they were friends with the person that did it. This place is the definition of low standards that treat their customers with so much disrespect it’s disgusting. DO NOT GO HERE
Good food, nice drinks. Our server was nice. Providence police came in saying anyone parking on the street was getting towed and a $100 ticket. We left to go move our car, couldn’t. So we came back for boxes and I heard that the manager said the workers had “too much faith in us”. Basically insinuating that we weren’t going to come back to pay our bill. Can’t help but think it’s because I’m black. Boxed everything up, paid and left. Only downside is we had just got our food and barely got a chance to enjoy it and still had some full drinks and they didn’t offer a to go cup or anything but we still paid full price for them even though we barely got to drink it. Overall eh
