I had high hopes for Big Tony's pizza but the pizzas I ordered were cold when they got here. The Supreme Buffalo Chicken pizza is honestly the worst Buffalo chicken pizza I've ever had dry, off colored chicken, a ridiculous amount of bacon and I'm not even sure if there was a sauce on it and barely any cheese. The pepperoni was also bland and cold.
Best pizza I’ve had in Providence. Been going to Big T’s for over a year now and have never been disappointed! Not only do they make good pizza, I’ve enjoyed their subs too whenever I want to change it up.Highly recommend!
Horrible customer service. Phone number disconnects when you call it periodically. Order through Google and you incur a $7 delivery fee. If you call to change it, the fee is not refunded and the staff could care less. If any other pizza place in the area is open, give them your business. If it’s late night, better off ordering Dominoes. Never give this business your money.

Marinated steak tip salad was AWESOME! Meat was flavorful and tender. Greens were very fresh and crisp. Hot and cold were packaged seperate..only down side was theydont have croutons

They were so busy as always. I brought my parents and two kids from woonsocket because they'd never tried it and my dad is THE pickiest person about pizza. Finally! He ordered the slaughter house pizza. We got home and he had nothing to say except for how loaded and delicious it was! My mother ate the veggies pizza and she put down 3 slices lol my little guy didn't even wait to get home he was eating garlic knots on the ride lol as always, great job guys!
I just wanted them to deliver some food to me at work when I called I only had cash on me. They told me the address I gave them which is my work address was an abandoned building and to protect themselves they needed my card number. I refused to give them my card number because I wanted to pay with cash and they refused to make my food. Not to mention they were extremely rude and caused me a great deal of stress, I had an anxiety attack because of it. Ive never dealt with such poor customer service my feelings are hurt and ill never buy anything from this restaurant ever again.
Dont order from Big tonys they only accept debit cards wont accept cash. Accused me of lying about my location and refused my order used the excuse that they were protecting themselves. Discrimination, rude, and they record the phone call. Who do these people think they are… the government?
I can only give 3 stars and that is a gift I ordered a Greek pizza 24 tenders regular ff and steak fries after an hour and 15 mins the delivery arrived only the pizza was delivered the rest of the order was not there. The driver called the location and I was told another driver was on his way with the rest of my order after almost another hour my order finally showed up. Luckily for me and them it was very good I won’t say it was worth the wait but the quality of the food went a long way. I will be back don’t wait though
