Went to this location with my son, 4 young women working at the time. I did not get greeted and waited 10 minutes before the only female with glasses who was actually working asked if I needed assistance. Before she asked if I needed something, she asked another female that was “working” (Asian or Pacific Islander) if she tended to me, and she replied ‘no’. There was only a woman who got a cone then me and my son. Then to make matters worse she still got my milkshake wrong. She asked me if I wanted whipped cream, I said no, and still ended up with it. Terrible service and doubt I will be back.I have been to the place when crowded with the one young man with the long hair and had better service.
Got a cookie cookie sundae with nondairy cookie dough ice cream. Was really good!
Taste good! Kids’ size is big enough for me!
I love this place, server is usually pretty good and they are always nice, they are also good at making milkshakes :D
A warm New Years Eve and stopped in for a shake on Thayer Street. Staff was amazing compared to other places i stopped tonight. They perfectly blended two of my favorite flavors into a perfectly drinkable concoction.
Small ice cream shop that is, not surprisingly, popular with the college crowd. Not much sitting room. We usually take our ice cream to go.
Great friendly service even using a Groupon. Good savings.
Love it here, so cute and yummy , great staff
We were staying in the financial district and walked up the hill (very steep hill even for this east TN girl!) to get a sweet treat one evening. The place was hoping with a line out the door, but the employees were working fast and it didn't take long. The place was clean, the employees were friendly, and the prices were typical for an ice cream place. It's the same Ben & Jerry's you can get at the store for cheaper, but it's the same as going to the eat dinner out, it's all about going together with friends or family and spending time together.
Politics and ice cream? NO THANK YOU.
