This place is awesome. We were looking for a small place to eat on Thayer street. It was on a rainy Saturday night. All other places were packed with long waiting lines. We decided to stop by this small mom and pops place to grab a bite. The person atteding was super friendly, the food was amazing. We are definitely going to go back. Food tasted fresh. We were not disappointed!
Great place, great and friendly service. Food we got was amazing! The Baklava is also so good!
Wow, delicious lamb plate. Dare I say it's better than many halal trucks in NYC as you get proper lamb slices with relish and a pickle. Loved every bite, and it's huge too! Baklava is tasty too. Gentleman working there was super friendly and welcoming. We will probably be on a first name basis soon :)
Falafel was fresh and crispy and it was even better in the lamb combo wrap. Everything was fresh and made right in front of us.Super kind and helpful hostess; 5/5 experience would do it again =)
The girl at the register was very kind and friendly, However. the cook which a I believe is the owner was one of the meanest angriest rudest creature you will ever meet. The entire time we were there he was mumbling under his breath cursing offensive words in his home language directed at the girl and every customer that came in and out of that diner. . He has the most foul mouth the nice girl kept asking him to stop as she suspected we spoke the language. Many times we were tempted to just leave but didn’t all because we felt bad for the nice girl who did her best to try and stay calm.As far as the food, it was less than average, the tabbouleh was fresh however had no dressing at all just a bunch of cut parsley. Not sure if the owner forgot to add the dressing while being angry at the world. We wanted out so fast I didn’t care to ask. We definitely won’t be back!
Fun decor, small spot. Excellent baba ghanooj and shawarma wraps
Best Resturant in New England, food has authentic Arabic taste , customer service is 5 Stars
Excellent sandwiches and delicious hummus and baba ghanoush, good prices. I definitely want to try other dishes here. The owner is very friendly and kind.
The food was great and the prices were very reasonable! The hostess/cashier was one of the nicest I have met on Thayer Street. Please visit if you walk by, you won't regret it.
I love it here !!! when you enter you’re greeted by a friendly face and beautiful pictures and figures of arabian culture. never felt so homie and welcomed to a culture i’m not familiar with. not only is the service great but the food is delicious and always something i like to go out and experience whenever i get the chance.
