Items not that fresh considering it was around 10 AM. Pizza was good
This place is a small town bakery lost in a big city. Beautiful desserts and on Sunday they have fried dough they are best early am. Portuguese style dough. The pizza is an all tomato sauce topping it's delicious. The long johns are amazing and the carrot cake is a wet carrot and nut and raisins. Creme cheese frosting. Delicious pizza chips and even meat pies and beautiful cakes. Calzones too yummy
Brings back childhood memories of my grandfather bringing home treats every once in a while, and going there on my own now and picking out all my favorites doesn’t disappoint. Is doesn’t matter what you decide to get it’s all fresh and taste amazing!
Fed up with terrible customer service!! They act like they are doing you a favor serving you. To many other good places to patronize!! Their pastry is sub par like their attitude. Asked employee if the bakery was in business to make money her response “I just work here”.Keep your job and your attitude; I’ll inform friends and family to shop elsewhere!!Zaccagninis Pastry Shoppe is a fictitious name; exact name is Wayland Bakery Inc. 138 Wayland Avenue Providence RI 02906.
Although they still have tasty goods, their service is not at all friendly or courteous. It's too bad these new owners have not got a clue on professionalism and making the customer feel important, and they want to return. I don't see them lasting...
The best brownies in the state hands down. A huge selection of delicious pastries and cakes and pies and breads. A must visit on Smithfield ave. In Pawtucket.
This place is awesome, went in for box pizza, came out with carrot cake, and other pastries. Cost a few bucks but , O. M. G. !!!! Great stuff ?❤️??
Great selection for all your pastry needs. Always fresh. Don't forget to make special tip for St. Joseph's Day for Zeppoles.
How can a bakery never have enough Italian bread even on Sunday mornings? Every time I call to see if they have any left they are out by 11am. It happens every week you'd think they would realize they need to make more. Ridiculous!
I had bought many many Blueberry pies from Zaccagnini's in the past. They were awesome so I drove 20 minutes to put in an order for Xmas because I hadn't had one in years. I drove back a second time to picked it up the day before as ordered. On Xmas we served our guests 2 small slices and when they were eating it they were kind of making a face. I said "what is the matter" and they said the Berries we CHEWY. I tried it and the berries were very chewy not all of them but enough to be GROSS. We all have had blueberry pie and the berries are soft. I immediately knew what was the matter with the pie, the berries were previously frozen somehow. Whether by the bakery or who the purchased them from who knows. The NEXT DAY I took the pie back, driving there a third time. The STAFF was totally ignorant basically wouldn't even listen to The Customer. They took my name and number and said someone would call me. THEY NEVER RESPONDED or backed their product. I paid $15 for this pie why would I drive 20 minutes to return it if there wasn't a problem with it. Zaccagnini's keep my money and a bad pie..... DON'T GO HERE they don't Give a .... about their customers.
