Second time there both times screwed up the order..Food is good if you get your whole order. A bit inconvenient to get home and find your missing a whole meal.
2 times had issues at this Wendy’s. Fist time a screw was in my drink and today there was a small rock in my chili. Absolutely disgusting! If I bit down hard I could have shattered my tooth! Or when I drank my soda if I didn’t use a straw I would have ingested a screw! I’m definitely calling corporate about this! Maybe have a good look at your employees and make sure they know what they are doing! I’ll make sure h let all I know not to eat here either
I was very disappointed at Wendy's last night. We went there at dinnertime and the fries were not crispy or fresh. The bourbon double cheeseburgers were luke warm and overcooked. I won't ever go to that Wendy's again.i expected it to be better than mcdonalds but it's not at this time.
My husband went in to order dinner for us and my kids. After 10 minutes of no one asking him if he was all set when he stood at the counter to order he went to walk out and someone approached and asked him if he was for DoorDash no wait one minute or can I help you needless to say for only being a couple blocks away we will never be returning to this location.
Multiple times my order has been messed up over the past few years. Now I drove all the way home tonight for another messed up order.
The food was good there costumer service is awesome the wait was a little slow but that understandable with the amount of costumers
For fast service I do prefer Wendy's over other restaurants. I do enjoy the Dave's double or the chicken sandwich. They are awesome fries. The frostiest are awesome as well. Service is okay they are fast and are somewhat friendly. Close to appt of things all though it is hidden where you might have a hard time finding it
The staff were not on top of orders when we stopped by. We ordered through the kiosk in the dining room, and while we were the only eat in guests, they struggled to prepare our food.A few drivers for food apps came in and checked in at the register and got taken care before us.It probably took a good 15 minutes before they decided to pack up our food. The worker also didn't even acknowledge us, just pushed a bag of food at us, not even checking if the food was for us.Thankfully the food was hot and tasted good.
They forgot a burger so I called when we discovered this. The manager said that he'd put me down for a free meal to make up for it. I returned the following afternoon to claim it. The staff took 5 minutes to come to the register because they were fighting . The lady that finally helped me didn't understand the issue. Brought me the wrong burger but not the rest of the meal. This was inbetween boughts of fighting and general confusion. I WON'T BE USING THIS WENDY'S FOR A LONG TIME!!
If you’re starving JUST KEEP DRIVING PAST IT.30 minutes in the drive thru for a 4 for 4.I kid you not, might as well just shut it down. It’s terribly run, understaffed, bathrooms dirty.
