Ughhh- asked for a fish sandwich w no cheese or sauce. It was thrust at us,w/out our change. It had all the things I asked to be left off , AND it was old. Took it back at lunchtime next day and they were so gracious and made it fresh,perfectly and gave me fries!!! Happy ending, but I went to bed hungry nite before. ;(
Make sure you check your order before you leave. Three times I went three times my order was missing something.
The staff were rude, argumentative, and didn't even know what came on the sandwich I ordered thru the app and then went thru drive thru to pick up. No Mgr to be found! Horrible experience. But i love Wendy's! Just not this experience, at this location, at this time!
Service is slow but friendly
No coca cola I hardly go inside because workers are so rude haven't been inside in years and still rude as people smh on top of that they give u an attitude will never go inside again also food says one price on board and has a different one on registerIf I do ever go back I'll do drive thru at least they have no attitude
The most horrible experience in customer service by the night shift workers in the self-service today I was the victim of mistreatment by an employee and discrimination as well. Terrible service
This locations stoll my money do not trust that place , i give them a 20 and they said i give them 5 dollars
Great place, this Wendy's in particular has a lot of fun characters in the neighborhood the people that work there have to deal with a lot of stuff that normal people wouldn't everyone I've been reading something bad to say about the service I think they do just fine given the stuff they have to put up with on a daily basis maybe you should or maybe people should take that into consideration while people are making their food while they sit in the car and text on their phone
They were surprisingly good most of the fast food places including this Wendy's serve's room temperature food, which I can't understand because each time I've been to this Wendy's there's always a long line at the drive-thru so logic tells you they go through a lot of food meaning of course that the food should be somewhat freshly cooked, in fact I didn't want to go to Wendy's this time because I've gotten sick of their Burnt, Cold Fries, it's bad enough that I'm paying $11.---- for the #2 or #3 meal( I cant remember which # is the "Daves double") but to have the meal taste like a cold cardboard sandwich?!?!So I was pleasantly surprised, because I was in fact really all done with "Wendy's" but...... Unfortunately as we all know quality standards are a difficult thing to maintain, so the jury is still out as far as my wanting to go to Wendy's again.
