Love this Subway. The employees are so sweet and go out of there way to make sure we are happy with their service and what we ordered. The manager is also very nice and keeps the store clean and decorates for the holiday’s. It’s very welcoming and always as good experience ?

I ordered a All American club on-line with no Mayo, honey mustard instead. When I got home and opened the sandwich not only did it have double Mayo, but they forgot the meat except for about 2 slice of hame. When I called the store back the person said she didn’t make it. I requested a refund, because of the Mayo I have to throw it in the trash. She said she would send a refund. I never received the refund and ordered another sandwich from Jersey Mike’s. Service is declining at this store. I felt like I did not matter.

Store had only one person working! He was wonderful, but overwhelmed. Who ever thought 1 person could take, prepare orders and take in money alone is an assclown.

My favorite subway. Clean, friendly and service is fast. They are always so busy at night after 9pm when I get there, not realizing they close at 11pm. I placed an online order at 9pm, and there was like 8 customers or delivery drivers in there. I waited about 3 minutes, but it was worth the wait. The owner told me they now have 3 employees on at night due to all the delivery and online orders through the app. Even thought they are busy, they make the sandwiches perfectly not just thrown together.I was reading the other comments about the employee’s not wearing masks. If you don’t feel comfortable you can go elsewhere. I feel safe and welcome here….. I will continue being a loyal customer. ???? ? Thumbs up and I got you.

First time at this location yesterday. The employee was being trained by the owner. I was impressed when she said thank you for your patience. I didn’t mind at all waiting a couple of extra minutes so she can learn. It was busy, but there was 2 other employees there working on the other order’s coming in. It was a pleasant experience because they were very friendly, polite and took the time to make my sandwich just the way I wanted it. People are always in a rush and don’t care no matter where you go to wait for anything. I would rather be greeted with a smile by a polite and friendly person while they take my order. Other places you get an attitude, treated as your an inconvenience and they rush your order ?‍♀️ Not here at all. It was also very clean and the food that was displayed was filled nicely and veggies looked fresh. I also took note that they use a difficult knife for every sandwich. They also gave me a loyalty card which you can earn free sandwich’s every time you visit.Btw the sandwich was great ? Thank you. I give this Subway more than 5 stars ⭐️

These people should not be taking online orders if they’re not gonna have them made on time, whats the point of online ordering then? And what’s up with employees not wearing masks? We are in the middle of a pandemic, It’s so irresponsible for employees not to cover their mouth when food is being made. I am seriously considering reporting this establishment. I went into the RI department of health website and the guidance is there. Please do better and protect your future customers, make your employees wear masks. As for me I rather spend a couple of extra bucks on gas and go elsewhere.

I came here yesterday afternoon (friday). The woman who helped me was so friendly and made my 3 sandwiches exactly how I wanted them. Even though it was busy they weren’t just “thrown together” and they looked perfect (tasted perfect too) & I was in and out of there in a matter of 5 min.. & there was 2 people ahead of me..BUT- The reason I’m actually writing this review is because of something that I had seen while there. The customer in front of me had asked the woman if she could put on a mask- to which the employee complied & then THANKED the customer for actually just asking- instead of saying nothing & then filing a complaint. I was confused/nosy so I looked on google, and sure enough there’s complaints about masks.. I don’t understand why there are complaints about this when 1.If asked the employees clearly are willing to do it & 2. The RI guidance clearly says that vaccinated people don’t need to wear them. Yes these people are “handling food” however there’s been numerous reports put out by the cdc- that Covid doesn’t pass on objects/food. Not to mention the fact that you’re in a restaurant where people are allowed to dine in & aren’t wearing masks. Just from an outside perspective standing in line, it was soo hot in there. Imagine working in that & wearing a mask? I applaud that woman for even agreeing to the customers request in the first place- & anyone who’s complained previously is probably one who sits in their air conditioned cubicle with their mask & tin foil hat on all day.

Literally the worst subway I’ve ever been to. I have never seen anyone make sandwiches as slow as the girl working here. I placed an online order and went in when the app said they should be done which was twenty minutes from when I placed it. I walk in and she says ohhh they still need to be made. It’s not any better when you wait in line and have them make your sandwich that way either, if you’ve got like 20 minutes to kill while you wait for them to make 2 subway sandwiches then it’s not a problem but I’ve never seen anyone take this long to make something this simple in my life.

I don't usually post reviews of any sort. However, I will make an exception. As soon as I walked into Subway (745 Mineral Ave. Pawtucket, RI) the experience was amazing. Everyone greeted me. They asked me "how was my day and how was I feeling" (a lot of establishments have lost that common courtesy for their customers). It was nice. Then I meet John. He is an awesome and an amazing person. He kept me laughing throughout my time being there. He truly has uplifted my spirits. Not to mention he did an amazing job on making my meatball sub. I hope that whomever comes in after me receives the same or better experience than I had. Thank you!

This place looks clean but nobody is wearing a mask, the girl was wearing gloves and was holding a receipt in her hand, and instead of changing her gloves she just started making my sandwich. I think that if she had a receipt in her hand, she must of touched the cashier register. During a pandemic I feel like employees have to be extra careful of cross contamination, I also really don’t like that the owner isn’t enforcing the use of masks. When I eat I want to feel that what I’m eating is safe and not full of spit from employees that don’t wear masks. The cleanliness of a restaurant is important, but what good is it if the food isn’t being handled in a clean way.
