Be very cautious with doing catering with this place. I met with the manager, she wrote everything down that I needed and took my email and made it seem like she was really going to work with me. I asked her a question about the condiments on one of the entrees and she didn’t respond, just left me on read. I tried to be understanding because I know people are busy but it’s been a month and still no response to my question and no official email that I can sign off on. Thankfully I found a different and more reliable place for catering. If people did have successful catering from here, that’s awesome! However, I’m stating my experience because people deserve to know what they’re getting into. People looking to spend hundreds of dollars on food catering aren’t looking for someone unreliable, unresponsive, and flaky.
We had Pluoffes catering at our gender reveal today and couldn’t be happier ! The food was outstanding , and the service was spectacular. Cara went out of her way to decorate for our theme which I so appreciated. Everyone was so friendly and they cooked so fast! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was today!

I've been a few times. food is mediocre and the waitress seemed more motivated to talk to her friend than help the 3 customers who were there. I even think this waitress was the owner which makes it even worse in my opinion. too bad, the place looked promising .

Do you own a good truck that was at the crafts show at the Warwick Civic Center on Sat 11/20? I had the most disgusting nachos ever. They were merely tortilla chips buried in a lot of cheez whiz. Disgusting!! The steak sub was also buried in cheez whiz! This made a sloppy mess that was difficult to eat while waiting on customers. What is with the cheez whiz? And I had to wait and ask for napkins! With this mess of food I was given, many, many napkins were essential. Your website looks like a place I would frequent. Maybe you need to see who was cooking at the food truck??
Food was good, the waitress was not. Wasn't busy, maybe 2 -3 tables total to serve. Never asked for more coffee. Took forever to ask for the order. Just slow
