Updating myb4 star review from 3 years ago. Quality has gone way down. Pay for extra cheese and you'll still get a pizza with bald spots. No cheese with only a hint of dried sauce. Identical to the pizza that we pay to get extra cheese on. Had this happen multiple times. Understaffed. I doubt the employees are choosing to skimp on cheese themselves. Cheap ownership I imagine. Pan pizza was same thickness as hand tossed.
I ordered large Pepperoni Pizza, 8pc boneless BBQ wings and a Pepsi. The driver arrived without the wings a said he would come back but never did. Not one phone call from the store to apologize or to try to make it right. They lost my business in the future.
The pizza didn't taste that good as the other branches in Warwick and North Providence.
The staff at this location are amazing. Doing their absolute best to get orders out even though they’re understaffed. I saw a disgruntled customer who got upset for waiting and the team at this location did such an amazing job handling the situation. Well done!
Easy, instead of letting me go through the whole process of ordering for delivery online simply tell me that delivery is not available. Also I received one call from the location telling me they were canceling my order,but the person who called try to claim they called me multiple times.
3 times I have had issues with delivery, twice they had to cancel my order because something happened with the driver, this time we are missing my cinnamon buns I ordered!! no more ordering from them
My pizza was still hot when I arrived home and it was cooked perfect and it was very yummy. The cashier was very nice.
The food was fresh, hot and tasty! My order was accurate as well!
I give it 4 stars because my order was kind of cold for some reason . Also my boneless wings barely had BBQ sauce on them . Other than that for my first time coming here pretty good . ?
I ordered curbside pick up. And after a half hour of waiting I finally called in to check on the order, only to find out curb side was not offered.. I think I should have gotten a call when I clicked I arrived to be notified instead of waiting around for 30 plus minutes..
