This McDonald's is hit-or-miss whether the food is warm, cold, missing items, Etc. The drive-thru line can be long and the workers are slow or there's no wait and the workers are doing their job properly. I don't particularly like going to this one but sometimes it's closest to me.
Where do I even start?Soda was flat and had no ice, nuggets over cooked and cold, McFlurry- paid for both M&m and Oreos it was basically vanilla ice cream lastly the fries old and ice cold.On top of that the line was so long so I went to go in with my family the floor was so dirty and slippery I almost fell on my face.Will not be returning it was a waste of time and money.
Well it didn't suck. Watching the employees fumble was pretty funny. When I first roll up to the window the woman was like "You ordered the Big Mac, large fry and 20 piece nugget?" Wow! Not even close! I had literally only ordered a large milkshake and two large Dr. Peppers. Pretty simple right!? Wrong. A person (who is obviously the new person) handed me my chocolate milkshake. Then said to me "Your two large fries are coming right up!" Wait... What!?! Literally just told her I ordered a large milkshake and two large Dr. Peppers. So I corrected her again and she got it right. I'm going to hook this review up with a 3-star rating. Even though at times it was painful to watch it was pretty funny.
Fries where not fresh cold and dried up and when ask for fresh ones they requested the fries back which I thought due to COVID was against policy..
Food has been good and their better at handling short staff than Wendy's down the street. My only issue is when ordering double hamburger some times they give me single burgers.
I swung by late one evening, and there was no one else there except one car ahead of me. When it was my turn at the pick up window, they had to reconfirm my order. Sure, whatever. Then I waited almost five minutes for my food. I sat there waiting patiently, all while listening the young employees just yell over and scream at each other. I finally get my food, and head home 5 minutes away. None of my food was hot. I asked for extra pickles on my chicken sandwich and when I checked, there was only 1 in the center. The apple pie and fries was cold. Just despicable service and there was no excuse for it. Absolute lack of professionalism, pure laziness. Cannot get a simple order right when there’s no one else there. For the love of God, please fire those careless teenagers and hire people who would actually benefit from a job.
Very poor service most of the time I'm here, long lines and always busy, probably due to lazy uneducated employees. At night they usually shut down early, probably due to bungling and incompetence. Most of the time when I place an order at the drive through speaker there's a chorus of "Excuse me !!" One time a woman at the drive through couldn't speak any English, really!! Another time there was a police car blocking the drive through with lights flashing, maybe someone snapped due to poor service?
It is extremely unacceptable for fast food restaurant to have 20 minute waits on the drive through window….. even a three or four or five star restaurant has tikka times with steaks and seafood for less than 15 or 20 minutes to be sitting in the same spot that I was sitting in for almost 25 or 30 minutes is unacceptable… this defeats the purpose of “fast food”-Chef Matt
Foods always hot and fresh it's just usually a long wait time if you don't go through drive through
I won't be going here anymore. No napkins offered for a dripping grease burger put in bag sideways. Grease all over my seat.
