We were a party of five. We waited 1 hour 50 minutes for our food to arrive. When the food did arrive. Three of the dishes were ice cold and the two other dishes were uncooked. When we brought it to the attention of the waitress. She did offer to remake the dishes or we could order something else but we could not wait another 2 hours. I asked if they could take three cold meals off the bill, the manager refused. She only took two off. She stated " My wife only told her two were cold when she came to the table". She took my plate, threw it away and still charged me for the meal in the trash. She told us that sometimes due to the exhaust fan issues they need to open the back door that was near where they put the food that was cooked so the food gets cold. It was 17° at night. The waitress mention it had been happening all day. It is not unreasonable to expect a hot meal from a restaurant. Of course, COVID has them short staffed. There were six employees for 15 customers. It's unfortunate this restaurant has gone downhill. We used to go here several times and get take out also, but this is not the first time that the experience hasn't been good so we will not go back.

We were surprised at how good the food was at this restaurant. We started with the 'Lapas Grelhadas' which were outstanding, and the sauce that accompanied the limpets was fantastic!! I ordered the 'paella' which was also really good, but I wish had some more seasoning. My husband had the 'Alcatra a Terceirense' which was also spectacular but could have used a bit more rice on the side. The only food negative was the chocolate cake, as you could tell it was not prepared in house and tasted like the box it came in. However, the entire dinner went beyond our expectations, and we hope to try other menu items in the future. We also hope that they get more wait help as they struggled not only with our table, but they also had difficulty coping with the other tables around us.

Find was very good. Their timing was slightly off...the dish that took the longest to cook was hot but the other two were luke warm. The food was good though and the prices reasonable. Staff was wonderful!

Poor customer service stay away!!!

First time at Galito’s. Portuguese steak was delicious, as well as the Sangria. The owner was very friendly and his homemade moonshine was amazing. Will definitely return again for dinner.

Great Portuguese food great environment and the food that comes out of the kitchen from Ann rosa is phenomenal. When you are there you feel like family.

Haven't been there in a while so I figured I would give it another shot bad choice service sucked food sucked won't be coming back waited so long for service drinks took forever didn't even ask how was everything never even ask table was so small for 4 people had to put drinks on floor just to be able to eat mind you floor wasn't the cleanest I recommend not waste your hard earned money really liked to give it no stars stay away!!!

I gave 2 stars simply because the bartender slash waitress was very nice however i ordered the littlenecks in garlic sauce it was absolutely disgusting the chief used yellow mustard in the sauce which made absolutely no sense and all u could taste was mustard smh something so simple white wine garlic and littlenecks simple but the chief decided putting yellow mustard in the sauce was a good idea and it wasn't yuck

Good food & service. Always look forward to returning for some homemade cooking as mom makes!!

Disappointed!! Ordered the steak plate. The house fries were drenched in oil. Told the waitress and did nothing about it! Service was extremely slow.We were party of two and charged 18 percent gratuity after tax .which we were not made aware of!!Beware!!!
