I literally just left.. I ordered a small frozen coffee and a powdered Jelly Donut...I get a very very dark frozen coffee go home open my bag to a BOSTON CREME...I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN LINE IN DRIVE THRU...She looked HIGH AS A KITE.. AND VERY AGITATED...4/7/22 AT 2:42PM

When you inform the employee your lactose. You request you’d like almond milk instead of milk. The employee didn’t pay attention to the order and you find out they put milk in your beverage ? been two hours since I’ve left my bathroom. Absolutely horrendous service!!! Do your employees understand what milk does to an individual whose is lactose intolerant. Lack of education and customer service at this location.
Quick, efficient customer service
Don’t expect your bread to be toasted unless you ask for it extra extra extra well done and even then you’ll be lucky if the other side is cooked at all, like you see here in this photo taken after I went back a second time....they are always out of something I ask for..They stopped selling the beyond breakfast sandwich all together. Why?? The staff is very nice, but they really do not pay attention.

Incredibly rude at drive-thru. Kept cutting me off to say anything else in a very rude snapping voice. I don't need that to brighten up my day. I just left and went to a honeydew down the street
