Went in to pick up a “walk-in” order. The place was not too busy. The front door was still locked. There was no sign in the door saying the lobby is closed. I stood waiting until someone would see me trying to get in. I was ignored. I went through the drive through. I asked through the order speaker if the front was meant to be locked. They told me yes, that they only have 3 people and they have someone running late. This happened to me when I worked at Dunkin’ and I know the owner would not allow this. Put up a sign or deal with the business till the late person shows up. From the conversation I overheard through the window one of the people working there was not professional at all. The other two seemed to be professional. Good time to get tips when you can see how hard someone is working rather than hearing them complain about little things.
I waited in line for 15 minutes because someone ahead of me kept changing her order. And, had a large order. ( She was ordering while on the phone) I had to pull out of line (before I could order) because I was going to be late for work. The people behind me left as well. There should be some policy that if you have a large order, go inside. People are so incredibly inconsiderate of others.
I asked for a salted caramel cold brew and after 3X times they got the order wrong and it tasted horrible. They also gave us attitude
Went to get breakfast for me and my Son and then continue on our way to another place that I had to go to. Very Good Service.
Cream cheese Stuffed bagel holes. Called bagel minis . So good . 2 per order
The store was clean and had everything we ordered. There were plenty of tables and chairs to sit and eat. Lots of workers so what we ordered came quick
Very busy location but the service was good and the order was accurate.
Ordered through the app for walk in but they had the doors locked. Tried calling but they don't answer the phone. Had to go through drive through and staff was super rude. My food was ice cold. Don't go to this dunkin it's horrible.
Had the worst drive thru experience. Drive thru teller kid was ignorant and rude because he was not listening when I gave my order even with me repeating it twice " he told me to shut up that I was doing to much." He Haas no place in customer service if he cannot listen. If could give a zero stars I would. Even asking to speak with his manager , she stated out loud for me to hear " she can wait for all I care. I put in a complaint through customer service in hopes it gets addressed.
Super great coffee from the jump but noticing more recently that their customer service is starting to slow down, when it comes to Windows they get a in and out like it's nothing, but they like to take their time more when it comes to their dine-ins. So couldn't give them a full five stars although I'd really like to.
