This Duncan needs some organization organization in this place it's a drive-thru I know but the staff is miserable it's obvious when you pull up and you see their faces. The front door is always closed they can't keep up with their business and I know from being inside and watching what goes on there's no stocking everything is behind time for a new manager

Worst of the worst here in Rhode Island ! They do not know CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL ! Everybody knows if u worked customer service u don’t be rude just because u are having a bad day ontop of being rude everything is always wrong overly cooked or coffee u can tell just sits there ! Worst part is the ladies always talking about their employees buisness or theirs or customers etc and ohhhh they never answer their phone ‘lastly don’t even bother repeating ur orders because they still do it how they want purposely! It’s not the store it’s the employees and poor management! This one I would never go to again after visiting for first time
Used to be one of my favorite dunkins, maybe its just the staff i deal with but they can never make my order correct and always got an attitude when all you want is to fix your order. I literally dont bother go to this dunkin anymore

Worse Dunkin location around. I’ve gotten so many wrong orders here. I keep giving it a chance because it’s easy to go in after food shopping next door but it’s not worth it. I could tell that the girl taking the drive thru order was struggling to get my order as she kept repeating it incorrectly. Thanks to this I pulled into the parking lot after receiving my order to check it and sadly I was right. I believe everyone deserves an opportunity to earn an honest living so I made sure to clearly repeat my first item and take it slow asking one by one and still my order was incorrect. I did not ask for less spread and the type of bagel was also wrong. They were closed so I had to walk up to the drive thru window. It wasn’t just me. There was a man before me having to do the same. The worst part was that instead of being accommodating for their mistakes they had an attitude when it came to fixing them. This location needs better management and customer service training.
Even though they have great food here and great coffee, there's always something that's not available. It's either a maple frosted coffee roll, or certain type of donut or muffin, or you can't get a coolatta because their machines are down for cleaning or you can't get a sandwich because they're sandwich machines are down for cleaning etc. There's always a reason why they can't give you something. They also get the order wrong about 50% of the time.
Worst store ever! I made an order of 6 items through Grubhub and they forgot 3 items! I called the store several times but nobody answer. This is not the first time they make a mistake. Last time buying here.
Great fast service
Easily the best dunkin around, great staff, coffee always good, fast service. I literally have to give them a good review everytime because they are so consistent with how good they are
