I guess because it was “ free donuts” today they give you whatever they feel like. My husband ordered a hot coffee and a Boston cream pie donut and he got a vanilla frosted with sprinkles! It was also stale. I understand work shortages & applaud all who work ( particularly dealing with the public) but this? Just say sorry we’re out of them can I get you something else. Sometimes people just don’t care.

I have ordered through Uber eats 2 days now and I didn't receive everything in my orders and no one answers the phone great Uber driver not so great service from Dunkin
Brought 3 coffees on Christmas Eve for myself and family but and we were all disappointed. The coffees were cold and looked like the put more cream then coffee, not going back.
I go to my local Dunkin daily(guilty pleasure). I usually have the same staff member at the drive-thru and I order the same thing everyday. However,sometimes they make it wrong and it gets me sooooooo sad. Dunkin I love you so don't mess this relationship up.
I moved to Pawtuket 4 months near by I have been buying expresso almost every day, at one point the girl gave me my expresso was not well done not hot enough like I like , I complained the was very rude with me , I usually use drive thru but last time I went in side to get my expresso coffee they denied me to use bathroom, they said only for employees, why are you guys doing Dining In service if you don’t allow clients to use bathroom, on very rude way , That I am not going to get fair because of you , When they told me that I refused to buy a coffee there , now I just drive by and don’t stop any more.

Today I went there and ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel, the casheir took my order and never instructed to make my food. Then tries to give me someone else order thinking that I would not have noticed him the entire time. Smh, very unprofessional
Disappointed with this Dunkin like always I thought after the renovation the service would be better but no just the same. Won't be going to this Dunkin unless I have to but at least I'll know what to expect next time.
