Bad customer service this morning.
This Dunkin is the best dunkin if you want your coffee made right. Pawtucket Broadway Dunkin Donut has horrible employees and has no clue what they're doing. Not organized. Couldn't make a proper coffee, was not satisfied so I went to another dunking near Exit 30 to have that dunkin remake a better coffee for me, I was more than satisfied
Went there this morning, St Patrick's day, at the window they messed up my ice coffee order. Not a problem.. I just pulled forward to wait for my new coffee that they were remaking. No issue!BUT........When the employee, a young girl, brought my coffee out to me, I should have known something was up by the way she was holding it. Holding the lid and holding the bottom of the cup. As she hands it to me,naturally I go and grab it from The Middle, because she's holding the top and bottom and the whole coffee spilled everywhere in my car and on my leg. Clearly this coffee was overflowing and filled to the rim to begin with, hence the way she was holding it. As the coffee is all over my car in my leg, it's like she didn't know what to do. She went back in got me a new coffee and grabbed me tons of napkins but just handed me my second coffee with no apologies and walked away. A few problems here, clearly the person making the coffee overfilled it and the employee running it out, could care less. Train your staff better.
The sandwiches and donuts keep shrinking and their prices keep going up. Better value is right down the road
