This store is disgraceful. 3 different times I've ordered from here in the last 6 months and the food never shows up! This time my order got canceled. Then I call and no one answered I let it ring for 10 minutes! So I called customer service they contacted me to the manager line it rang for 5 minutes then they picked up and hung up ! This store is being run by 4 year olds
I have 2 mediums 2 toppings and bought was horrible dripping grease and not inedible.
Never had any issues with this place for years. One time a delivery was a bit late which I wasn't fussed about at all and the pizza was free, I never even complained. Good service.
I placed a order today 2/24/2022 for delivery, order was not complete delivery drive says he's coming back with the rest of the order and never returns. I call the store to get a refund for the amount of what's missing and I get put on hold left waiting for them for a extraordinary amount of time. Had to send a Email out to corporate. All I wanted was a refund so that I don't get charged for something I paid for that I didn't receive. Will never order here again.
This is my favorite Dominos!!! Every time I pick up, they always greet me and have good vibes going!! This location should get bonuses and shown some type of appreciation for they’re hard work!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, BEEN ORDERING FROM THERE ABOUT 4 YEARS, USUALLY DELIVERY, TODAY I ORDERED ONLINE PIZZA DEALS, 2 TOPPING PIZZA $7.99. HAD TO ORDER 2ND ITEM, FINE, ORDERED BROWNIES, ORDER SAID ABOUT $16.00, WENT TO GO PICK IT UP, GIRL TELLS ME THEY DON'T HAVE BROWNIES, SAID FINE, NOW SHE TELLS ME THAT MY ORDER IS $18 SOMETHING, WHAT???? SHE SAID I NOW HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE FOR THE PIZZA, I SAY IT'S NOT MY FAULT THEY DON'T HAVE THE BROWNIES, SHE SAYS IT'S NO HERS EITHER. CANCELLED MY ORDER RIGHT THERE AND THEN, WORST PART THE OTHER KID HAD JUST TAKEN MY PIZZA OUT OF THE OVEN, WHAT A WASTE.
Pizza was paper thin and I didn’t order the thin crust.. I ordered 4 pizzas and they were dry, hard and hardly any cheese! Bought it for the kids at school for a Valentine’s party and was totally disappointed!!
I ordered a pizza they delivered the wrong pizza and the manager David told me he don’t give a care he was not going to fix the pizza and hung up on me after swearing Very disappointed and he told me he was the manager
According to this Dominos' a 10 pc order of wings only calls for 9 wings.
Friendly staff. Have had good and not so good experiences here. Under new management so hopefully it continues to be good.
