Absolutely the worst experience ever order showed pizza was ready online go there and not done. Waited an extra 30+ minutes and my order was already done 10 minutes ago. Got food cold no one apologized or offered a discount or anything. Employees swearing at each other. Save your money and go to the dominos in Cumberland or order from village pizza because the manager here doesn't know how to run a business and apparently the owner doesn't care.
Poor customer service and very bad management. Last night I visited this place to get my food my order was more than 30 mins late, when they done with my order they put it on shelf I asked after 10 mins is this my order they checked and said yes. When I was waiting there for my order customers keel coming and phone was ringing nonstop nanager said its very busy I have an idea he just unplugged all phones cable. I totally can understand how its feel I also worked at pizza restaurant but the way they were treating people was ridiculous.
Ordered my food at 10:25pm, i saw online that our food was in “quality check” from 10:46 to 11:20 which is well over the time limit I call them and the kid was trying to joke around on the phone which was not professional at all, he stated that my food was on it way then he added “oh sorry it’s leaving right now” I’m aware that it’s pizza but come one pull it together. Never ordering here again.
I've called more than 8 times and they don't tell this store isn't delivering until I go to place my order. It's extremely frustrating and has let me down in a pinch a few times. ?
Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant not a big fan of dominos in general but I’ll never go back to here or another dominos again. Customer service was god awful and ignorant calling me “bro” and sending my pizza to my neighbors house waking them. Not only that my pizzas were all undercooked after taking forever on the app to “check” quality. If your thinking about ordering here your better off at anywhere else mcdonalds has service.
The gentleman was slammed with orders but he managed to keep them pizzas coming super nice and the pizza was good

Dominoes is rarely anything to rave about, but this location is a great choice for a late night or last minute meal. Wicked timely and precise.
Had Mariluz as my delivery driver - she refused to come to the door to deliver the food and hung up on me.
Domino's the pizza is not worth going they're lousy one star and that's because I'm in a good mood
