I wouldn't give this place ANY stars if I could . I walked to this BK around 2:40pm , May 15th . As I'm entering the establishment , some blonde haired , short lady tells the gentleman at the counter to stop taking orders . It was me and another fellow that walked in at the same time . As I'm waiting , Im listening to the way she's speaking to her employers and its horrendous . I guess respect and compassion dont run in her blood line . So after waiting 7 minutes , I walk back up to the counter and ask how long til she starts taking orders , she points to the order screen and says when all this is cleared up . I ask how long will that be seeing as she was still taking drive through orders , and she turned her back and ignored me . What type of customer service was she taught . There was 3 others in the front working and two in the back . I'm not understanding what the problem is . It's not like she was backed up , there was 5 orders on the screen . And more then enough workers working . I left with no food , long story short .
I've been to many burger kings, and this one us BY FAR the worst. The employees are always rude and fighting eith each other, the food is cold. They always get the food wrong. Literally, I've been her 3 times because it's the closest to my house and every single time the food was made wrong, cold, and the employees were going nuts. You'll see exactly what I mean if you ever try to go here. You'll wait at least 15 minutes for your food too. Seriously what is wrong with this BK?

Unprofessional staff at 6pm. The most lazy sounding employee at the intercom. I was told to drive around and wait outside for someone to bring me my food. NO ONE EVER CAME. I had to get it myself with it just sitting on the counter fries cold and all. They were all laughing and giggling while people are being told to wait in the lot for no reason.
The service is horrible and the employees have no respect worse one I've ever been to in my life!!! Please and thank you go a long way...
If you're heading South on Highway 95, this is a quick stop for food to get you back on the road fast. Easy off, and back on to the highway.
My roommate and I ordered on the mobile app and when I had to walk a half an hour to the store they said they didn't have order number 32. I immediately called him and he didn't answer because he was working at home and it was through his email ?. I was irritated with them for not having the order, and helpless against the fact that his email was used. This was all happening while I was standing in the drive-thru window because the dining room had been closed because of something with covid with cars behind me. The woman at the drive thru window said to come back tomorrow after 3 pm. So I did. Now I'm partially paralyzed on the right side of my body so EVERYTHING IS MUCH HARDER. So I went back to BK and I was greeted by a woman who I later found outwas the manager on duty, May. It was busy that day but she was working on something something at the drive thru window but when we had arrived and she immediately had excused herself and stated that she was going to be right with us momentarily. She proceeded at the task at hand. I then explain to her the situation and I finally showed her my receipt and she immediately called in the order to her backend crew. She didn't ask any questions and apologized, then she proceeded with taking my order like normally. She even helped me put my food in my backpack. Awesome!!!!!!! We need more of these workers in the food industry particularly wherever there's a need for customer service.
Price gets the ONE STAR. If BK can charge cheaper prices as they do in Houston, TX, then they can be the leader in Massachusetts & lower its prices. People cannot afford $14 x 5 days a week for a meal. I ordered a large meal...2 years ago that would've costed $7. Tonight? They tried to charge me $14‼ I told them to take a hike with that price & drove away. BK can either survive & lower its prices or it can go out of business.
You can use the bathroom! I hate McDonald's you can't go inside and wash before eating!
My friend got a Whopper Special and I got a coffee. The coffee was cold with no milk which I ordered. Aslo had to go wait until they brought out my coffee. Should have went across the street to D&D.
