It is a nice coffee shop with options for breakfast and brunch. You can order ahead in the mobile app and just pick up without waiting. Their tables have a limit for seating, so you can’t really work there. If you order in the app, they by default add 20% tip that, on a $35 order it is a $7 tip for you to walk and pick up your own order, grab napkins and utensils yourself, food and drinks are also will be waiting in the different areas, so it’s in you to gather your own order. Worth noting that you can change tip, if you noticed that they added it. To give anything less than 15% you will have to go to custom tip and apply your own tip. We usually like the food there, but today got decent amount of egg shell in Chorizo breakfast wrap.
There are so many great-looking coffee places in Newport and we were not sure which to visit during our short trip. I am SO happy we decided on Nitro Bar. I got the Nitro Mocha Oat Latte which was phenomenal; the flavor was so smooth, subtle, and delicious. My partner got the matcha latte which he stated was the best matcha latte he has ever had: “smooth, lightly sweet, very refreshing, and didn’t have the bitter earthy taste that matcha typically has.” We also had scrumptious cookies (a vegan chocolate chip and a Reese’s peanut butter cookie). I am hoping to come back to Newport soon so we can come back to Nitro Bar!!!

Really tasty breakfast! I can’t speak for the coffee but we had a breakfast burrito and an egg and bacon English muffin sandwich. The English muffin was yummy and buttery, freshly baked, but SO thin. I was expecting it to be nice and fluffy. That was my only disappointment.
Cute coffee joint with aesthetic interiors. Interesting specialty lattes and good breakfast food. I tried the breakfast bowl and breakfast burrito - both well made!
Might be the best nitro cold brew I’ve ever had. Creamy, smooth, awesome flavor, zero bitterness or aftertaste. Just perfect. If I lived here I would drink it every day.
Bfast sandwich with chorizo sauce and fried egg and sprouts was outstanding. My brewed coffee was pretty good if not a tad weak compared to the strong and bitter pikes place blend I like at sbux. Wife asked for her usual of latte with half oat milk half almond milk, and they wouldn’t do it! Huh?
Stop looking at other coffee places and go here. The best service, the best coffee, and the best breakfast options. What else do you want? Let’s go.
Well made latte. The blueberry cupcake is really nice. Will visit again when I'm in town. Love the bentwood chairs and stools!
The Nitro Bar was recommend to us by a friend and it did not disappoint! We ordered the breakfast burrito and breakfast bowl and both were fantastic! My caramel latte was delish and beautiful! Highly recommend!!
