Chef Tasting menu was a real treat. Keep in mind it is tasting menu and will not be large portions. We were very satisfied with meal and overall experience. Superb service.

Service was outstanding. The food was good, however not incredible. It is definitely a nice experience at a gorgeous restaurant.
Dinner at Castle Hill never disappoints. The new to us tasting menu had a delicious surprise each of the 6 courses and we could not decide which was our favorite. It was lovely to celebrate our anniversary with another much younger couple. Mr. Dan and each of the servers were very friendly and efficient. Many thanks for another delicious and very special anniversary at Castle Hill.
Weâve gone here once a year for five years. Canât say itâs getting better. Elevated dining experience but this year we were presented with a compulsory 6 course prix fixe menu where 1/4 of the options were an undisclosed market price. With these conditions it makes one expect the absolute best. The lobster was over cooked. The beef was medium well. The waiter was knowledgeable but the staff overall lacked coordination. The caviar was excellent with a biodynamic champagne but it was a surprise $200 for the fish eggs alone. All of this to say, I donât know if we will be going back next year.
Anniversay at its finest. We really enjoy our visit to castle hill dining room for the chefâs tasting menu. Each course was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Not our first time and we shall return.
We love Castle Hill and visit often. The tasting menu is great! The Wine List divine and the service always impeccable.
Excelent service, waiters are extremely knowledgeable and nice. Great ambience , we had dinner with my husband and two teenagers, we had the six course dinner.
After making reservations exactly two weeks out, we were sat at a corner table away from the window next to computer the waitresses were using to input all of the orders. Then we were forgotten about for our last course all together. If Iâm going to pay about $900 for dinner, I expect more. Dinner took us about 3 hours to get through.
