In town for a couple days and this place is right around the corner. Searched and searched for a menu online and it’s nowhere to be found. Either ended up on their Facebook which has no menu or their “website” that doesn’t exist anymore. It’s 2022 how do you not have any available menu online?
The location alone got them 4 stars. Went there for some drinks and it was great right on the water with Adirondack chairs you can sit on on the dock. Food is good just not amazing. they don’t have nearly as much live music as they did when they were the “Port”. Still would recommend checking it out
This bar was formerly called H2O and it was just as fun today as it was back then. Right on the ground level facing the yachts in the harbor.
First off the staff is incredible and the food is really good. However, the owner hates dogs and its one of the few places in town that doesn't allow them. Was in there the other day when out of nowhere it started pouring and three separate people sought shelter for a moment with they dogs and were told to leave bc "if you let one in then you'll have a million in here". Hear it right from the owners mouth. All three dogs were very well behaved, not barking, and laying down on leash with their owners. He told them to leave bc there is food however RI law says animal are only prohibited from areas where food is being prepared. Its the same owner as Fastnet, where they kicked out a service dog for the same reason.
Nice place for watch sport event, play pool table and pinpon. excelent to the Newport Bay.
Nice views, pool, ping ping, and booze. What else could you ask for.

We stayed at the Harborside Inn which is right next door to the Smugglers Waterfront Bar. Aftere a day of sightseeing, it was great to sit and relax by the water and enjoy a cocktail. The staff was very friendly and the bar was fantastic!
