We had a delicious plant-based breakfast and absolutely loved this cozy yet exquisite cafe—what a gem for those of us who choose a healthy diet, sometimes difficult to follow while eating out. We will be back soon!
I can’t seem to find the original review I wrote praising the quality and deliciousness of this food. But nothing has changed. Everything is fresh, incredibly delicious, and innovative. Most recently, we’ve enjoyed the watermelon poke and the east bowls. And we inhaled them. The owners are always there, always super kind, and remember your name. They have shown and proven that eating vegan and plant based is both accessible and achievable. Can’t wait to be back. Wish they had a location in Boston!
Great mini spot with a wide variety of plant based options. The Avocado toast is the best I’ve ever had. Try the “Green with Envy” smoothie… it is my favorite but there is much more to love like bowls, salads, sandwiches etc!
Quick service, friendly staff, good prices. I got the Glow Grain Bowl and it was amazing! I'm not vegan but I like to look for places with healthy options that don't leave me feeling bloated when I go on vacation. You'll love it here whether you're vegan or not!
The first thing I looked at when we got to Newport was a vegan place and I found them on Happy Cow! Everything we tried was fresh, delicious and nicely presented. Their coconut bacon BLT sandwich is to die for! I highly recommend this place for those who is looking for healthy deliciousness!
What a gem! We were in Newport overnight, and as a vegan, I had done some research prior to our stay on vegan-friendly restaurants. This one was new to us since our last time in Newport and we will definitely go back.The atmosphere was adorable and playful, the service kind and welcoming, and the food delicious and fresh. We got the avocado toast, the “egg” sandwich with coconut bacon, the chickpea sandwich, and a Matcha Lavender tea. Next time we go we will get the bowls, but we liked the items we got, since we don’t always eatthose items at home. They were all delicious.If you are looking for a casual, cozy, and delicious cafe for breakfast or lunch, this place is great. I also appreciated its location next to Charter Books and Washington Square. We could park, eat, then shop with ease.
Beautifully decorated place, delicious food, excellent customer service. We loved our experience and would definitely come again next time we are in Newport. The breakfast sandwich was delicious and the coffee reminded us of holiday treats.

Awesome - the chickpea salad sandwich has almond slivers that add great texture ? Perfect for getting a light lunch and reading on a nice day.
Fun place for lunch. Excellent food. We really liked the Arriba bowl and the Bella sandwich.Best of all the service was extremely friendly and efficient
